The parking lot is extremely dirty. It's full of trash, needles, drug paraphernalia. Please, for your safety, do not go to this branch. They have zero security outside to make sure you're safe. They do nothing about the unhoused hanging out and selling drugs in their parking lot. I refuse to go here unless I have my trained dog with me. Even then, I still do not feel safe there.

They had three tellers on duty and the one I got was nice but gave me a hard time how the payee's name was made (the supplier omitted LLC). I told her that it was out of my control as that's how the check was written to us and she said she would make an exception this time (insert level 10 eye roll here lol). I pass by this branch all the time and the parking looks like it is congested but there are some bigger spots up front as well.

Because of the mistake, I had to interrupt what I was doing at home and come back into the branch to get it resolved. Fortunately, the branch manager, Edgar, was very helpful, took the issue seriously, and worked quickly to figure out what happened and correct it. I appreciate his professionalism and assistance. While I'm grateful the issue was ultimately resolved, mistakes involving customer deposits should not happen in the first place. The experience left me disappointed, but Edgar's help is the reason this review is 3 stars instead of 1.

I came in hoping for help with a specific issue. Initially, Sonia was attentive and seemed willing to assist. However, once I explained my situation, her only solution was to hand me a phone number to call. After spending time on that call and receiving absolutely no help, I returned to the branch expecting additional guidance or at least an attempt to explore other options. Instead, rather than investigating further or offering alternative solutions, Sonia immediately shifted the conversation toward selling me a line of credit. At that point, it felt less like customer service and more like a sales pitch. When she involved the manager, I hoped the situation would improve. Unfortunately, it did not. The manager appeared uninterested in resolving the issue and simply suggested that Sonia continue assisting me, despite the fact that no actual assistance was being provided. Roxanne was particularly disappointing. She came across as dismissive, indifferent, and unwilling to help. Customer service requires listening, problem-solving, and showing at least a basic level of empathy. Throughout my interaction, I experienced none of those qualities. I understand that not every problem has an immediate solution, but customers deserve effort, professionalism, and genuine assistance, not sales pitches and dismissal. That location reminds me of a Venus fly trap just waiting to lure people into using the ATM in the evening and getting robbed in darkness. Another site is the farthest from home. However, they have working ATMs in the evening, with minimal street parking where I need to park in the red and quickly do my transactions before the police notice an illegally parked car. The third Chase Bank branch is for this review and the closest from my home. They have three ATMs. Depending on their closing hours, a security guard stands in the lobby. After 8 pm, the branch becomes an issue. The Chase card entry stops working and prevents anyone from entering the lobby. In this situation, I am not at an advantage to visit other Chase branches. Such moments like this infuriates me, and why I have an account with them for this inconvenience.
