I visited the branch to take care of a withdrawal this morning. Brendon helped me find out multiple…read morenew things about the recent changes. 1) my card was reported stolen and I must have another card somewhere at gone. After some investigation, it was related to me getting a new card, activating it and it auto closed the card I brought it. Glad that's sorted. 2) I can add my debit card to my Apple wallet and use the tap feature at any ATM. However, when I tried it at the ATM in the branch, it was giving issues as it thought it had fraudulent activity. Even after I confirmed it was me, it still didn't allow me to access the withdrawal. In the end, I still needed Brendon to help me at the counter. He later got manager Nate to help see what the issue with tap debit card was. Nate explained it takes up to 5mins for the response to be registered back to the bank to approve of transactions. I tried it out before I left and was able to get some quick cash. 3) Drive thru ATM $500 max cash out, outside of bank $1k, and inside branch when office is open $3K. I had no idea about the limits. Very glad I stopped in the branch to get everything updated. Brendon and Nate were very helpful. Also very happy to know I don't need to carry my debit card everywhere (not even applicable since I have no clue where it is right now). Thank you technology and apple wallet.

I told the customer service clerk to check the ATM cameras, and they will clearly see it wasn't me. All they said is they didn't know if the investigators did that.

The machine rejected some of the bills. Unsure why. Possibly the scanner couldn't read an imperfect bill. A bit annoyed to say the least. I didn't have the time to iron these bills flat and perfect so the machine can recognize the denomination. I was able to deposit most of the wad of the 30 small bills. It's a nice location in the Westridge shopping center next to Wescom Credit Union and Lane Bryant.
