Long story short- He helped add me onto my husbands account and noticed that there was a returned check from the SchoolsFirst from my work with my name on it. I hadn't been added to my husbands account yet so out of caution the bank returned my direct deposit to my work. Before I had the change to ask about it at all-he noticed and jumped into action to help. I just assumed there was nothing that could be done about it so I hadn't mentioned anything... he fixed the issue without being asked and helped me tremendously. That to me is above and beyond. He said not at the moment and said he is booked all day. Which doesn't make sense to have a sign in sheet if no one will be attending walk in's. I understand they get busy but customer service goes a long way. I had 2 employees walk back and forth and not even bother to look at us or notify us on how long was the wait. Also the way the employer told us he was busy is not a proper way to treat a customer. He seemed bothered because we asked and didn't even offer to get someone to assist us.
