I came to this Chase Bank on my way to Typhoon Waterpark. I know I couldn't go have fun empty handed. This bank is pretty convenient. As soon as I turned from Katy Freeway onto Katy Fort Bend Road, there it is. I didn't interact with any human. ATM was pretty fast. Although there was no one greeted me as I walked in. Oh well. My brother died and I am trying to notify all his creditors. I called their toll free number to report his passing. The service rep could close his credit cards over the phone, and accept an email copy of his death certificate, but she told me for his auto loan I would need to drop off an original certificate to "any branch." I tried the branch in Katy Texas near my brother's house and left frustrated. I was asked if I had an appointment, otherwise there was going to be a wait. I asked if I could make an appointment for the following week. She says,"just use our app." I explained I was not a customer, my brother was and he left me no passwords for his phone or computer for me to make the appointment. I am not a customer of Chase so the app is useless to me. I asked her if she could make me an appointment. She said no. Wow what great customer service! I tried again in Kyle Tx, as I had an appointment nearby.(there are no Chase banks near my house). I waited for 20 minutes before being helped. The clerk had to go get her supervisor because she was unfamiliar on how to handle my situation. By then, I am late for my appointment and had to leave without completing the task. I was told to "drop it off", not become a permanent fixture at the bank!! CHASE train your people!!!! read more

This used to be a four-star location of Chase but I've lowered it to a three because these days you can't actually talk to anybody inside it's just a bunch of ATMs. This may as well be one big glorified ATM, but having said that there isn't usually too long of a wait to use an ATM, and that's usually the main reason I come here, so I guess that was the wisdom behind their madness. read more

Don't even know where to start. Thankfully this is not my bank it's simply a place I needed to endorse my check from insurance for my home. I went online to set an appt as it stated to do online. I then get a call from a banker saying they have cancelled my appt because I don't need an appt. I show up and wait for about an hour which was cringeworthy because I see bankers just walking around doing nothing. Manager was in her hole just chilling. Then when they say I can come in they tell me my wife needs to be present because she's on the check. I said "your online instructions specifically said to not endorse the check". Then they asked for contracts from the GC, again not in instructions. I asked for a manager, and she acted like she had no clue what to do. Okay I'll bring that stuff and my wife. Another hour wait later and it took them about an hour process of reading their screen and making calls to make sure they were doing it right.... Just an awful experience and after reading the reviews I'm so glad I actually bank at Prosperity where I'm always a person and not a number. hello Mr Harrington. Not some ATM machine that you still need a human to work apparently. I feel so bad for people that have to use this banking location. read more

I came to this location for an appt. at 4pm that I scheduled three days in advance because I needed to set up a new bank account before flying out. It is now 4:35 & I'm still in the waiting area. I can't understand why there's only one whole person in this building that can setup a bank account, a little ridiculous. Waste of my time when I got off early. read more

For the longest time, I always tried to time my ATM drive up visits on non-busy times, but now they added a 2nd drive up ATM! Fancy! I like the big parking lot. There is ample space to avoid traffic and those coming in/out of parking spaces, as well as sufficient room for the drive up ATMs when all y'all get Payyyedddd and need those dolla bills. read more

Yesterday we went through the drive-tru I were not attended because their working hours were changed again. They said before that were working until 4 pm but in reality they did stop to receive clientes before 3:30 pm. Others Banks are doing a lot better. Not recommended read more

If you want to talk to the teller you had better go to the drive thu. They have replaced personal service with a row of ATMs inside the bank. They do have someone in there if you should have any difficulty with the machines. I will say I was in and out very quickly. It was just a surprise to walk in and not get personal service. I remain as a customer at this particular branch only because of William Kano and Steve Pellerin, outstanding individuals that know how to treat a customer. However, I am now mainly utilizing the Chase bank on Mason because this bank is consistently understaffed. Not an uncommon scenario for me to either need assistance, only to be told that the business banker is not in. I am currently waiting at the drive up to deposit a check for my business. 30 minutes later: still waiting. The difference between this bank and the one in Mason is night and day! read more

Whatever you do don't get an account with Chase! They suck! I used to like them but up until this year they've messed up on my account 4 times. The balance will be a certain number so you'll make sure you don't go over then the next day the account is -445 that's how they get you. Then they charge you $35 fee. It's frustrating and they don't care to help at all. I spoke with a lady named Aloni supposed to be a supervisor in the claims department and she was so rude and didn't care at all. She basically told me it was my fault that I didn't keep up with my account but I thought that's why I had a bank. I've had chase since I was 15 and I'm 26 now and I'm so over them! I always have EXCELLENT customer service here! I generally use the ATMs inside for my transactions but I have had need for a banker's help a few times. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I love that on my latest trip they called me by name when they greeted me and like I said I usually use the ATM so that means there was an intent to learn my name not just a habit. read more

I been hete for 30mins and the rest of the clients for 45min. Worst service, staff is terrible and both location Managers even worse one being (Roxanne N. Reynolds ) stand in the hallway and argues infront of customers with her associate about "I said hi to you and you don't even acknowledge me, associate response was disrespectful "I said HI to you!! I don't know what you want me to tell you! Like you weren't paying attention! They also have quite a few reps that works in the business section and they always have the worst attitude and they work slow and no knowledge 2 African-American and one Indian(Hindu) I didn't get their names so this they way I can identify them. There is only one good rep that I think should be a manager, she is Hispanic I believe Colombian her name is Tatiana, she has helped me quite a dew times. She personable, professional, great customer service is able to make a personal connection with the clients that walk in. She is very knowledgeable and works efficiently. As a manager myself, my profesional advise is she should be given the chance! I am thinking about closing our corporate account with the Chase and take it to Bank Of America. read more

I would give a ZERO STARS if I could! This branch is horrible especially the greeter at the door named LAURA. Every time I go, someone is rude and the wait is over 30 minutes. It is not that way at the Mason and other branches. Last time I went, I had 2 babies under 2 (one in a stroller and one attached to me). When I entered the bank, the wheel fell off my stroller. Laura just at there and held the door and stared at me on my hands and knees with a baby attached to me trying to fix it. She greeted others and never tried to help. When I confronted her about it and the low Google rating oF her branch, she said "I don't keep up with that stuff." She was more than rude. She was COLD AND HEARTLESS. Once again, when I went to the mason branch- I was treated kindly with respect. Another problem is, the manager is never there. When I went today to complain, of course there was no manager or assistant manager. When you call this branch, it always goes to voicemail but when you call the mason branch they answer in one ring. I received a phone call from this location with an unintelligible message. Every time I tried to call back, the lines were busy with no option to leave a voicemail, and since I work during their service hours, it was hard enough to find time to call back. I temporarily live out of the area and finally had a day where I was free and decided to try calling back again, once again with no answer/VM. I ultimately resorted to calling repeatedly, assuming that eventually someone would pick up to at least put me on hold. After the first 20 or so unanswered calls, I decided it would be easier to drive to a Chase location in my current area to speak with someone and make sure everything was okay with my account. I spent the 45 minutes I was waiting in the lobby for a banker at the other location continually calling back to this location, still with no answer. I also tried a separate 1-800 number, but the automated prompts never gave me the option to speak with a representative. After 52 calls while waiting at the other location to be seen, someone FINALLY answered, only to tell me that the reason they were calling had to do with an account in my father's name and not mine, and there was no action I could take to resolve it. There are no excuses as to why it should have been so difficult to simply return a phone call - mind you, one that I should never have been the one to receive in the first place. How on Earth wasn't there an employee present to have answered the phone, at the very least to put me on hold until someone became available? I was easily calling continuously for over an hour before someone answered the phone. read more
