Like where is your mom? Why are you taking out all this money? Is this your account? Where is this money going towards? I had multiple workers attend me just to get a certain amount of money out of my account. The woman that was attending me, kept looking at me up and down and giving me this rude nasty look as if I didn't belong in there. I also told the woman that I wanted to get a credit card and the woman looked at me as if I'm too young to handle a credit card and she said that I would have to make an appointment so I told her if she could schedule me an appointment and she said yes and she said that I would be get a email notification and I never got anything!! Literally it took over a month to get it processed. The online application system and loan processor takes forever to get back to you. Once it's finally done, I was getting call backs that it wasn't fully paid and I owed money. Then, their app doesn't even work to set up payments. Truly not worth the interest rate you save. We have serval money market accounts, savings accounts and student accounts. It's so easy with the online banking to able to see all our accounts and loans in one place. We can even link our kids accounts so those can be viewed at the same time. I love when i call the branch and can talk to a real person from that branch. When we need a new debt card we can drop in and it takes 5 min. I know when i go in i am actually cared about and not just a number. I don't know how people are still with large banks. Recently my college kid went to a shared bank in College station and they told him he couldn't deposit. I immediately called my branch here in Katy. They got on the phone and cleared things up right then and he was able to do his deposits. The tellers take all the hassle out of everything and make things so simple. I love seeing the same smiling faces when i go in.

The service rep could close his credit cards over the phone, and accept an email copy of his death certificate, but she told me for his auto loan I would need to drop off an original certificate to "any branch." I tried the branch in Katy Texas near my brother's house and left frustrated. I was asked if I had an appointment, otherwise there was going to be a wait. I asked if I could make an appointment for the following week. She says,"just use our app." I explained I was not a customer, my brother was and he left me no passwords for his phone or computer for me to make the appointment. I am not a customer of Chase so the app is useless to me. I asked her if she could make me an appointment. She said no. Wow what great customer service! I tried again in Kyle Tx, as I had an appointment nearby.(there are no Chase banks near my house). I waited for 20 minutes before being helped. The clerk had to go get her supervisor because she was unfamiliar on how to handle my situation. By then, I am late for my appointment and had to leave without completing the task. I was told to "drop it off", not become a permanent fixture at the bank!! CHASE train your people!!!!

I have only been inside the bank once, the 99 & I10 location, they were all very nice. Great place to bank with and will always use them for loans.
