Bad customer service!…read more I want in to pull out money and since I'm young (19) they assume that I was a trouble kid or something... and they started to ask a lot of personal questions. Like where is your mom? Why are you taking out all this money? Is this your account? Where is this money going towards? I had multiple workers attend me just to get a certain amount of money out of my account. The woman that was attending me, kept looking at me up and down and giving me this rude nasty look as if I didn't belong in there. I also told the woman that I wanted to get a credit card and the woman looked at me as if I'm too young to handle a credit card and she said that I would have to make an appointment so I told her if she could schedule me an appointment and she said yes and she said that I would be get a email notification and I never got anything!!
