First thing I noticed was it was very neat, quiet, smelled good and everyone looked busy. Someone walked up to me and immediately greeted me. I was very quickly whisked into an office where a young man very efficiently notarized my documents. Pleasant conversation and then I was out the door. It was just nice as I was not asked to make an appointment or even if I had any accounts. Clearly they would have given this service to anyone that walked through the door which was nice.

Wells Fargo has the absolute worst. Every bank you use you will encounter small problems; it is how efficiently they handle the issue. Chase has always dealt with it immediately. Even returned phone calls when they said they would. Chase has the best mobile app around. The only thing I have noticed lately is quite a few branches have closed in the Cypress area lately. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish they were open until 3pm on Saturdays like they use to be.

I have only used the ATM at this location before. But today I had to go inside because they do not…read morehave a drive thru teller. I went inside and I was greeted and I told the lady what I just needed to cash a check. I had to give her my TDL and of course the check. This is where it got kinda weird. She told me to have a seat and she will be back in a little bit. She had to go in the back to cash my very small check. The lady did not ask me how I wanted my money given so of course 3 minutes after she disappeared she came back and I had to tell her I need small bills. She had to turn around and go back in the back again. This is very strange to me. Also they have tables for you to fill out deposit/withdraw slips BUT, nothing displaying the day. Some gentlemen had to wait for her to return to ask her the date to finish filling out his paper. All in all, I cashed my check; it took longer than it should have. And if there was a drive thru teller it would have been even faster. I will only use this location for the ATM service when needed. All other business I will go to the location on Barker Cypress & HWY 290. They have a drive thru teller there.
