Nice big bank however, there is no drive thru. They only have 1 ATM with no more inside for withdrawal or deposits. The staff are pretty fast with client transaction's and didn't take long to wait in line. They move a little fast then standing in line for the atm. Needs additional atms inside so you are able to withdraw more money. read more

Lots of transactions today but Aaron, assisted by Alex, was unfazed extremely efficient and took care of everything. Great disposition too. The Pebble Marketplace Chase In my case, Chase is an appropriate name because every month I am chasing paying off my high interest Chase credit card. The deal is that a couple of years past, I balance transfered to Chase from a competing credit card company a couple of years ago. I haven't used this card in a couple of years and am still paying off the equivalent of a week's worth of dinners at Yummy's Sushi every month. Unfortunately, once a month I have to pay at a Chase branch towards this souvenir of past necessary spending. Fortunately the Bank Tellers at the Pebble Marketplace Chase have been very friendly. Their friendliness saved me $27 (the equivalent of one Yummy Sushi meal) on a late charge. What happened was my due date fell on a Federal Holiday when the bank was closed. At the same time, I was so occupied with work and other matters that the Federal Holiday crossed my mind. At any rate, I asked the Bank Teller to check if Chase implemented a late fee. The teller at the Green Valley at Sunset branch claimed that there was a Federal Holiday grace period. He was wrong! The friendly bank teller here took action. She saw the late fee and without me asking, reversed it. I appreciated that economical act of kindness because $27 saved is $27 earned. Besides friendliness, another reason I more frequently patronize the Pebble Marketplace Chase is that it is in the Pebble Marketplace Shopping Center. This is a nearby shopping center that gives me the convenience of combining errands such as banking at a competitor, shopping in Smiths, taking out Chinese food, and so on. In contrast to the long line exiting the shopping center onto Green Valley Parkway, there has always been a very small line in the spacious banking center leading to the tellers. When it comes to chasing paying off my high interest Chase credit card, I prefer to throw away my hard earned money to a friendly teller. Unless I win lots and lots of money, I have a feeling that I will be back here. read more

After filling my piggy bank with cash I got from family members every holiday over the years, it was starting to become full. That's when I noticed it was time to "break the bank" and deposit it all. I had about $250 in cash (with one $2 bill). I always use the Chase mobile app to deposit my checks, but having cash on hand required me to visit a branch in person. My closest Chase branch (on Valle Verde) just closed their doors a couple of weeks ago, and after searching around, this Chase happened to be the second closest branch near me. I was helped by Haylee, who was very nice and had excellent customer service skills. When you deposit cash, you are required to show your Nevada ID or your Chase debit card to ensure that there is no fraud involved. They had plenty of other tellers working there as well, which was great to see. I was very happy to have my money deposited by a teller instead of a machine. With Chase my personal bank, this will now be my go to branch location. read more

I called my nearest chase bank multiple times, did not pick up. I called this location once, and they picked up right away. I was specifically looking for $2 bills, and they were so accommodating and checked if they had any without hesitation. They also had red envelopes for Lunar New Year and gave me a few extra! Chase bank stole $11,000 dollars from me on one occasion and 1,500 dollars from quickpay!!! The reps at this branch are amazing but unfortunately, nobody can get back my 11,000 dollars :( I have banked through Chase with 3 business accounts for the past 5 years. I used their merchant services (paymentech) for all online transactions on our websites. Without warning, Chase paymentech shut down merchant processing with all three companies and stole $11,000 dollars total as a reserve for (potential future chargebacks) that "would be refunded in 6 months". 11 months later and spending hundreds of hours on the phone, they don't owe us the funds anymore and "can't give us a reason why"?!?!? Now after sitting on the phone for hours and hours for weeks on end, they rotate between telling me there is nothing in the reserve or they will cut me a check in 6-8 weeks!!! This is incredible. They shut down all of my business accounts with a 7 day warning and 5 days later, all of my business accounts were closed. They refuse to give me a reason for this and none of my bankers can get an answer either. I still have personal accounts with them and quick paid my friend with a bank of America account 1,500 dollars 45 days ago and he got the notification that it sent and it never reached his bank. Bank of America is blaming Chase and Chase is blaming Bank of America. All I know is that I bank with Chase and they are 100% responsible for my money or a zelle transaction gone wrong if they are endorsing them. If you bank with Chase, run for the hills!! read more

This location is horrible. Save yourself the time and from the bad experience by visiting a different branch or maybe even switching banks. The customer service is absolutely terrible at this location. I've been a Chase customer for 8 years and I've never received such horrible customer service at any other Chase locations, or even with any other banks or businesses. I called on Saturday 03/14 to schedule a 1:30pm appointment on Tuesday 03/17 to see a notary, but when I showed up to my appointment I was told that they don't have any notaries on Mondays or Tuesdays. I called the number I had saved and double checked the address I was given to make sure that I had the correct location and sure enough I did. The gentleman helping me noticed that I was calling and tried explaining to me that the person that scheduled my appointment was new to their location. This experience was extremely frustrating and a huge inconvenience considering that I chose this location because it was the closest one to my work that supposedly had a notary. I went there on my lunch and was also late going back to to work because of this screw up, lack of professionalism & very poor customer service. In conclusion: Horrible customer service, workers are not courteous or friendly, and this location is extremely unprofessional. I completely understand why they have one star rating and honestly had I noticed that then I would've saved myself the time!! Thank god there was a Wells Fargo nearby with more than one notary so I was able to utilize their notary service. read more

Wrong information! I opened my saving and checking account on September 1. The bank teller told me that I have 60 days to move my money around and set up my setting before they charge the monthly service. Therefore I set up my recurring transfer for next month November. However, I was charged a monthly service today 10/26 today for my saving account. I called the 1-800 number. They told me that they charge based on billing cycle and this is my second one. I hope the banker told me more accurate information and I could have set up my transfers for earlier date. read more

Location, location, location. This Chase is at Green Valley Pkwy and Pebble, surrounded by shops I frequent often. Popcorn Girl, Cracked Egg, Smith's to name a few, Ohana BBQ, Rubio's, Starbucks, China Tango, Subway, Jamba Juice... Only thing I wish for is drive-thru service. It's not physically possible for this branch, since it's between two other businesses. I still would like the option, because sometimes I need to do some banking, yet want to stay in my flannel pajamas. You won't get weird looks at the drive-thru. Teller service has always been efficient and friendly. ATM at the entrance is available 24/7. Parking is ample and never a problem, unless you come Sunday and run into the brunch crowd. That's when you realize Chase is closed (yes, which I've done!) and end up walking over to Cracked Egg to get some coffee cake. read more

2 people working waiting for the banker for over 40 mins. It's cracking in here on a Saturday and only 2!!!!

If I could give them a "0" I would. I took in a $300 and $200 dollar combination coupon for opening a personal checking account. I deposited a large sum (all but $1k to get the benefits of the coupon) and had 10 days to put the remainder in the account, which I did (I actually deposited $2k). When I went back after several days, the "personal banker" said the teller put the second deposit into the wrong account, but he would take care of it by dealing with the marketing department so I could reap the benefits of the coupon. The reason I went back was to open a new business account with a separate $300 coupon, but when I found out about their mistake, I decided to wait until the personal checking account fiasco cleared before doing so. As an aside, the personal banker told me to wait to open the business account, as I could find a better coupon with perhaps $500 offered on eBay, or he may have one at home. I called back a couple of days later as he had asked to see if the issue had been resolved and if he, indeed, had found a coupon with a better offer at his house. He told me he never received my first coupon, which was a flat out lie. I asked to speak to the branch manager and she said they looked all over for it, but couldn't find it. I then asked them to view the video of the transaction. They said they didn't have a video for that section of the bank. Funny thing, because the "personal banker" was handling a lot of my cash in that area of the bank, which I pulled from my Wells Fargo account specifically to get the benefits of the coupon. A security issue maybe? As a customer, I would definitely say so. Then I called corporate and they said they would look into it. They sided with the branch. In conclusion, think about how the personal banker told me to go to eBay to where I can buy the coupons. Who is selling those coupons? And, why don't they have videos in places where thousands of dollars are being handled? Needless to say, I will be closing my account and sticking with Wells Fargo. read more
