I try to avoid going to this location if possible. I have had quite a few frustrating experiences with unhelpful tellers at this location.

Create Credit Union

We recently went to Create Credit Union to open a new account and had an excellent experience…read more Upon arrival we found people in line but in no time we were speaking to Kim. We explained our "mission" and she explained that opening a new account involved going into a private office and meeting virtually with another member of their Staff. Kim asked if we had any issues with this and we replied No. While we are a little older, we understand this is more efficient and frees up the onsite Staff to work with customers with more complex requests. Kim took us into a private office and had us setup in no time. She was very pleasant and helpful. After just a moment, Alyssa came online and starts explaining the process for new customers. We were very happy with the interaction and Alyssa was very easy to work with. In no time, she had us setup with our new account. She explained that we would have to fund the account by going back to the onsite Staff. We returned to the Tellers and worked with Alex to complete the setup. Alex was very helpful and welcomed us as new members. As we were funding the account, Matthew (Assistant Branch Manager) came over to make sure everything was going smoothly. We had spoken to him on the way in and he was very pleasant. We enjoyed talking to Matthew & Alex and learning about the other services CCU offered. In no time we were new members and very happy with the Staff at CCU. We know the virtual meetings can be uncomfortable for some people but it is the most efficient and productive way to maximize your Staff. And that also helps keep CCU's services cost down and remain competitive against bigger banking institutions. Many THANKS to Kim, Alyssa, Alex and Matthew for a pleasant visit and exceeding our expectations.

I would like to leave this review to express my dissatisfaction with the rebranding from Clark…read moreCounty credit union. The guest interaction is inconsistent at best, 50% of the time I encounter a team member that leaves me feeling unappreciated as a client and undervalued to someone who does business with them. Also attempting to dispute a charge for a restaurant item that I never received or consumed or departed the store with and they said it was some kind of a preference thing and they refused to reverse the charge. It's not so much that I didn't get the result that I was anticipating. It's the way that the business is conducted and the disc courteous, unprofessional verbiage. They seem to have a training system that needs to be revised, or team members are being allowed to figure it out as they go along, unfortunately for the general public. There are a number of other things that give the nice people at this institution a bad name, but I will just say that it's better to manage with the phone dysfunction then go inside to the building. U.S. Bank Branch

I really appreciate the attention to social distancing and willingness to accommodate everyone who banks with them. I can tell they pay attention detail, which is super important when dealing with finances! I'd recommend going to this location when you need assistance in current and future financial goals.

I am disappointed that I even have to write this review because I love U.S. bank as a company. The…read moreproblems with this branch are so egregious that I am impelled to proceed. A teller, Ben Chun issued a cashier's check and a "corrected" check. He never told me about a "corrected" check or I'd have had an idea what was possibly happening later on. He gave me the first check, which their system auto-voided for obvious reasons. The "corrected" check was apparently sitting in the printer and later shredded. When I provided the cashier's check to a merchant, they deposited it, only to later contact me to tell me it was rejected for "no reason". Their bank later mailed them a rejection letter with "stop payment". This is where the chaos started: the merchant repeatedly called Wells Fargo who rightly insisted the check was invalid. I repeatedly called U.S. Bank who, not having the check, would look into my bank account which rightly assumed that I was referring to the "corrected" check, and rightly insisted the check was perfectly valid. This rightly created a degree of suspicion in both myself and the merchant, until after repeated communications and wasted time on both my and the merchant's end, I went into the branch with the rejection letter and the same bank teller immediately noticed the discrepancies in the check numbers. Mr. Chun at that point said the only way to fix the problem was to sign indemnification provisions, cancel the "corrected" check (which had been shredded long ago), and redeposit the check. The next day, the bank approved, and Mr. Chun incorrectly classified the deposit which added yet another day delay. He tried to offer to issue a new cashier's check immediately which, for obvious reasons, I refused. I would have given U.S. Bank 3 stars, but there was something troubling that Mr. Chun did; he refused to give me copies of the indemnification papers I signed, which I find highly suspicious and likely an attempt to partially cover his tracks. I would have given U.S. Bank 2 stars, but Mr. Chun had the unmitigated gall to refuse to refund not only the $10 fee for the bad cashier's check, but also charge me for the wire fee. If U.S. Bank reads this, I hope they update their training such that if customers call for help with a cashier's check that they ask the caller the check number as part of the troubleshooting process. If they had done this, they would have immediately noticed the discrepancy.
