The teller that became available ask us what she can do for us. We explained we interested in opening a business bank account . She began helping us by asking us questions making sure we had everything we needed. She said do you have an ein number ? are you registered with the state ? Do you have a lease agreement to the comercial location you are renting from? then she look at us in an awkward stare and asked ... are you guys U.S. Citizens? We walked out and went to the branch in oakwood Ga and opened and account with regions there. we were NEVER asked about our Citizenship. We explain to the bankers there our previous experience and they were bothered by our experience and said regions bank is not a company that is looking to offend their customers.
