We came to the bank to do a wire transfer and the gentleman at the desk said it may be an hour…read morebecause we are short staffed and they have to go to lunch. The branch leader was in her office on her phone. She came out about 5 minutes later and spoke to the gentleman and then took off to the employee area and never acknowledged us to explain the issue. The other two representatives were busy with clients. We were able to accomplish everything we needed in about 30 minutes. The issue is with the greeting, short staff understand, saying staff needs to go to lunch not my concern. That is where the branch leader steps in and covers everything even if it means she goes to lunch late or misses it completely. Remember your mission statement:: IS TO PUT MEMBERS FIRST
