I don't do much banking here as my primary is with USAA, but I still have an account here for other purposes. Yesterday, I met Valerie. She was definitely ready to help everybody. Love her energy and everybody else who was in the office as well. It's okay to have a little fun, especially when customers aren't around, to bond and make connection with each other. While Saiyeda helped me, Valerie went and helped other people who pulled up to the drive thru. I love the team work. I would often go to a restaurant or other service places where employees would absolutely not help one another, rather sit there and stare at you, lol. Lastly, they also helped me obtain a CHASE ATM card. Now, I can just freely withdraw from the ATM instead of having to go inside, which I never minded at all. Thank you for your wonderful service and keep up the great work. I will pop in once in awhile to say hi. :)
