Just genuine people who are always ready to serve you. I have been to this location for many years now and have seen people filter in and out. I don't do much banking here as my primary is with USAA, but I still have an account here for other purposes. Yesterday, I met Valerie. She was definitely ready to help everybody. Love her energy and everybody else who was in the office as well. It's okay to have a little fun, especially when customers aren't around, to bond and make connection with each other. While Saiyeda helped me, Valerie went and helped other people who pulled up to the drive thru. I love the team work. I would often go to a restaurant or other service places where employees would absolutely not help one another, rather sit there and stare at you, lol. Lastly, they also helped me obtain a CHASE ATM card. Now, I can just freely withdraw from the ATM instead of having to go inside, which I never minded at all. An Asian guy sitting in his cubicle yelled out sitting down "did you need something." LOL really? He waved me over to him still sitting on his ass like I'm a dog being told to come. The only window clerk was in drive thru and she asked me to wait. As I went to sit down, I asked the Asian guy if he can help me. He replied no. Then another guy with glasses on the other side in an office got up and said what do you need... Gee thanks mr. Attitude. We thought it would then be done right there. We had to Go with the manager to another computer to do this. She did get to order. New debit card too since we were at it. Everyone was very pleasant.
