I was greeted by a sales person by the name of Lea. Wow what a difference from the experience I had at one of the other U.S. Cellular locations. Lea, was one of the most helpful service employees I have dealt with. She answered my question, she didn't try to sell me a more expensive service plan that I was interested in. She just left me with a feeling of appreciation for taking the time to help me. I stopped by this business because of the trouble I've had with my Verizon service, and the dropped calls I've experience with Verizon. Lea set me up with a temporary service that I can compare with Verizon, so far it appears U.S. Cellular is superior and provides a better signal at my home. Price wise the monthly costs are close, U.S. Cellular's plan gives me more data for the money than the plan I have with Verizon.

It's allowed me to cut the cable and stream all of our shows through Apple TV and computer networks. I've had about 2 or 3 connectivity issues in those past 5 years and they were quickly corrected satisfactorily.

I looked into purchasing a phone w/Sprint, my old carrier, but they could not give me a decent monthly plan price + purchase price. So I shopped around and found out that I could get a pretty good price on monthly plan w/US Cellular, AND they would pay my early termination fee, AND give me $150 credit card for in-store purchases. Plus the cost of my new Iphone was quite reasonable. I came in the store two days in a row, yesterday to buy my phone, and today to get toys (extra car chargers, mount for car, case, tempered glass for screen, etc etc---all paid for w/my $150 credit card)... each employee here was very helpful to the customers and knowledgeable, friendly, patient.. Great experience! Special kudos to Josiah for making this a smooth transition, answering all my questions and putting on my new tempered glass screen protector. And I do get better cell service w/US Cellular than I was getting with Sprint!

We decided to switch companies for a cheaper option for our small mechanic business. From the start…read moreof the switch over, we have had nothing but issues from Hunter. Firstly, they disconnected our phone lines before we made the switch to the new company, proceeded to pretend they didn't know why our phones were working, then after 3 requests to release our phone numbers they finally did so the new company could get our phone lines up and running. Then Hunter asked to come get their equipment from our building which we allowed them to enter and they took the router that the new company just installed! When your business is run 95% on communication with customers and using internet run programs for customer information I refuse to do business with a company that acts so childish because someone decides to change providers. I'm not the only business in this town who is switching because they have had nothing but problems. If I could rate it 0 stars I absolutely would.

Making a ticket for a bill compensation when they're well aware there is an outage is ridiculous.
