Bought a Queen for my small place while living in Kfalls. Good deal, nice people. Place is a little unorganized but the prices make up for it. No complaints, bed is nice and it was way less expensive than most places. read more

I have worked with Dawn Hubble for many years and not only has she consulted and sold me several window treatments for my home, but has always been available to trouble shoot with me or come to my home for various reasons. She is honest, hard-working, very knowledgable about various product and her prices are great! She has always had a broad spectrum of things to choose from and I would recommend her and the Good-buy Warehouse highly! read more

My wife and I have purchased 2 beds from them the 1st time was great about 4 years ago but this 2nd purchase not so good we have had the eastern king for about 3 weeks now and looking at the mattress you can visually see two indentations or sagging in the mattress (I am 182 lbs my wife is 105) I called them today to see what our options are and the guy there said nothing can be done no exchange no money back no nothing and was rude to me. I paid $340 for the mattress. SO BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Fred Meyers has mattresses so does big lots and furniture warehouse for similar pricing. read more

After realizing it was uncomfortable to sleep on it, I called to see what could be done(10/15/2025). The owner told me to come in and speak with his wife, Maggie the following day (10/16/2025). She was incredibly kind and helpful, and told me we would be receiving a refund (in form of a check) for a certain amount once we brought the mattress back. So my husband packed up the mattress, and we came to bring it back. *went to Legacy and purchased a way better mattress, for cheaper with great customer service* However, when I returned with the mattress, the owner completely denied what was agreed upon - he refused both the refund and the return, even though he had told me to come talk to his wife and we were in agreement that the refund be issued in form of a check with mattress in hand. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional business practices. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I just recently got my second bed from this place and I LOVE IT! I went here because they had the best selection and prices around town. I got a comforpedic brand cal king recently and only spent $600 on a bed that cost over a THOUSAND dollars! The bed is amazing and I have got better sleep now than I ever have. Huge thanks to Susie Spratt for helping us purchase our first income property!…read more Susie is a wonderful human being, she took us under her wing as first time home buyers and made the process rather painless. She explained things so we could understand all the industry lingo and gave us good advice about how to structure our deal. She gave us a great outline of what the process would look like, and her estimation of our closing date was spot on - no muss, no fuss - even with repairs required to the property before closing. And when we objected to the mortgage paperwork that showed a charge for the appraiser to return to inspect things the seller hadn't finished on time, Susie took care of the unfair charge personally. After closing we had a hiccup with the insurance coverage (note: you might consider avoiding GEICO for homeowner's insurance), but Susie was on it! She contacted GEICO, and even though they wouldn't budge, she had a back up plan. Susie connected us with a local insurance agency that was happy to take our policy. From browsing neighborhoods to making an offer to closing, our transaction lasted a mere 56 days.
