After realizing it was uncomfortable to sleep on it, I called to see what could be done(10/15/2025). The owner told me to come in and speak with his wife, Maggie the following day (10/16/2025). She was incredibly kind and helpful, and told me we would be receiving a refund (in form of a check) for a certain amount once we brought the mattress back. So my husband packed up the mattress, and we came to bring it back. *went to Legacy and purchased a way better mattress, for cheaper with great customer service* However, when I returned with the mattress, the owner completely denied what was agreed upon - he refused both the refund and the return, even though he had told me to come talk to his wife and we were in agreement that the refund be issued in form of a check with mattress in hand. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional business practices. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stacie was incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable of every sectional in the building. We also saw a beautiful comforter that caught our eye. We were able to negotiate a great price. As we were checking out and figuring out a delivery date and time, one of the gentlemen who I believe is in charge of delivering came up to us and asked if we wanted to get it in the house that night.
