Well it actually cost more like a hundred dollars because we got charged for both the lines for the entire month because we canceled the day after our normal billing day and the fee for changing was $30. I would like to explain on why I am writing this review. I am physically handicapped, I am unable…read moreto get out much because of it, without much for reliable transport. I often am stuck at home for weeks on end. Now we were promised high speed internet that could support multiple computers at once, while gaming online. That is not true what so ever! I rarely can play games online, that includes petty internet games, I can not watch Netflix most of the time. We got them in 2012, it is now 2015, I only noticed a decline in the service they provide, sadly no one else will come to the part of Republic I live to supply internet so they are pretty much the only option, but they are a poor ISP. I would not recommend them to anyone if they have other options, now there are days their service isn't complete garbage where I can at least do a little bit on the internet, but after years of complaining to them I figured it is time to get a legit review about them out on there.
