When he arrived early, which was great, he checked over my furnace, filter and ductwork. My furnace vent pipe was leaking, however, and he did fix that by repiping it in that one area. The price was reasonable. The young man was professional, informative and courteous. He was able to give me quotes one other potential projects. Overall, a great experience. Will be contacting them for all future plumbing and heating needs. Also, Molly is really pleasant to talk to you on the phone. She even called and asked if he could come early, which I had no issue with.

We moved in here in March of 2025, and I needed some yard work done. Nolan Wuebben's name came up…read morenumerous times, and I reached out to him for a quote. Needless to say, this kid (I can say that 'cause I'm older) came out and, in his soft-spoken tone, made it clear he'd provide a quote quickly, which he did, so I gave him his first job. I expected the work to take several days, but he knocked it out in about 6 hours, and I was very happy. The next job was much bigger, but again, he did it quickly, and his work quality is second to none. The third job, a concrete apron in front of the garage, went perfectly, and it turned out amazing. The fourth job was to resurface the gravel drive and add a gravel pad for our Airstream - it turned out far better than expected. Also, he's been plowing our driveway all winter, and we couldn't be happier. I cannot say enough good things about Nolan, and his work ethic is incredible. I'd HIGHLY recommend Nolan Wuebben of 'NW Excavating.'

Additionally, the owner, Josh Bennett, is a nice guy who wants to help people-he offered us suggestions to help us meet our house selling needs as well. When I initially hired their snow removal services for my driveway, I was assured that they would…read morecome by every morning to remove the snow build up that the snow plow left behind my car. Instead, Josh missed a few times during a month, and when I called him out on it, he simply said he was out of town during the weekend. He stopped answering my calls or returning voicemails. He also was incredibly arrogant and rude to me. In addition, while plowing my drive he knocked over my snow sticks...which isn't that big of a deal, but he then just left them and didn't bother to get out and pick them up. He also would pile up snow on my neighbor's sidewalks. Needless to say I won't be going back. I'm not accustomed to such arrogance, disrespect, and laziness out of a Yooper. I think Josh is a capable guy, but his customer service skills need improvement. And honestly, my parents were looking to find someone in the area for work...so he lost out on a much bigger job by messing this up.
