We had an item that did not have a price tag on it and told her that it was the only one we could find in the store. With a rude attitude she told us, we need a similar item to ring it up. We patiently waited. When the item could not be found by another employee, again with negative attitude she told us she could not sell it to us because she did not have the sku number. Little did she know I had already looked it up online and had the sku number available. At the end the item was sold to us with the sku number I provided to her from their online website. I know you could have done this yourself and shame on you. This goes to management, please do better. We have more class than to make a scene, but the treatment was so uncalled for.

The bartender was very helpful and helped us choose one. Prices are reasonable and range from $4.50+. They have a vast selection of cigars too. We went twice and enjoyed it all (except for a couple of loud tables near us who seemed to have a contest to see who can drop the f-bomb the most, but not the bar's fault). Because the place was well designed and furnished, I thought they would focus on higher-end ($$$) cigars, but they had a great range. Perhaps most importantly, it's one of the few (maybe only) cigar-selling place where you can sit and actually smoke your cigar! The staff were very polite as well.
