I…read moreasked for a fajita station in addition to the rest of the menu and they did not bring anything to set the fajita station up on and tried to tell me that was my issue. While serving the fajitas they were giving guests one to two little strips of meat. I rented chairs and was told they had run out of them but they did bring what they could find. What they could find appeared to have been in someones dirty basement for over 20 years. If I had not had chair covers they would have been unusable. They asked me to let my guests serve themselves several times after I had been charged for a bartender. I had to keep pointing out that I was told I had to legally have someone in charge of the alcohol according to them, and I had paid for someone to do that. So many other smaller things occurred. The only time I cried during my entire engagement/wedding was dealing with this crew. I waited a week to write the coordinator Shirley and CC'd what appeared to be the owner on Linked In. I wanted to give the the information with little emotion and a better perspective before I wrote. To date, they have not responded at all.

Our neighborhood in Opelika has food trucks every Thursday evening through the months of June and…read moreJuly. Bill and Robs BBQ was the first one of the summer. What a huge disappointment it was. One of our neighborhood ladies printed out the menu, from their website and put a copy in everyone's mailbox, so that everyone could get an idea of what they may want to order. Well, when the food truck arrived the owner informed us that he did not know where we had gotten the menu, but that he did not have those items. Said he only had sandwiches. Then one of our sweet neighbors wrote down all of the items available on an easel. This should have been done ahead of time by the owners. The owner proceeded to start taking orders ever so slowly. And we waited......it took an hour for my husband and I to get our order. And then when we got home realized that one of the sandwiches was not what we ordered. Several families left because they could see it was taking way to long for them to take orders and produce the food items. Then, as there were still people in line waiting on their orders, the Dad and the son who were in the food truck making the food got into an altercation. The son came out of the food truck and the father followed. They proceeded to have a fist fight with offensive language beside the truck. The father told his son that he could walk home. So, not only was the food a disappointment. The personal behavior of the family who were operating the truck was very unacceptable! They will never be welcomed back to our neighborhood and we would not never recommended them to anyone.
