Nobody…read morewanted to arrive and see a faded arrangement in the vase, but I wasn't sure if a florist even handled "fake flowers" for a cemetery. Well, Rosemont sure did, and an absolutely gorgeous arrangement was delivered prior to the service, and was ready to be placed on the gravestone afterwards. I actually had to scroll up on the picture I received to make sure the flowers were fake, because they looked so great I was worried I got fresh flowers by mistake! it waMy sister was driving in from Georgia during COVID and was stressing about finding a Michaels and making her own arrangement, so this was a huge load off the family. Thanks Rosemont! PS...You finally proved to me that florists read the obituaries, because nobody ever spells my name right without help...haha...very impressive.

Experience with vendor is very disappointing. Product delivered was not even remotely close to…read morethat which was ordered. Placed order via website the night before and was not contacted until 1:30 next day, which was also the scheduled delivery date. Vendor stated he did not have the particular gerbera daisy and would have to substitute a yellow, orange, or coral. I agreed with the understanding the product would have same character and upgraded size I ordered. Called vendor and left message. Attempted to contact via their email on website but their 'captcha' security does not work. Update: Vendor is polite and eager to resolve issue. He explained most of the flowers pictured in product option were not available. He was very responsive in trying to resolve and delivered replacement next business day. Although delivered product is still not what was ordered, rating is upgraded considering how vendor handled issue.

BE AWARE OF BLESSED PINE (WILL-OWNER)…read more My wife scheduled twice with Will (owner) @Blessed Pine to put down pine straw at our home. His crew NEVER showed up on both occasions! When my wife called NUMEROUS times to find out what was going on and why nobody showed up at our home, Will never picked up the phone & ALL of the calls went to voicemail each time. There were messages left, and no return call.. The calls are sometimes "screened " to see who is calling before Will decides whether to answer the call or NOT! POOR BUSINESS! UNPROFESSIONAL... * Not sure if this is a RACIAL issue, however, this is a terrible way to conduct business!
