I was absolutely in love with my board and so were my guests. I ordered the Large Charcuterie Board which was perfect for 18 people. My guests were very impressed with the presentation. My personal favorites are the seasoned mushrooms (my kids devoured them), the golden berries, and the saffron candy. The packaging is also very impressive and it makes a great gift. I can't wait to order the sweetheart box. Highly recommend them.

Ordered the medium box for Celebration of Life and WOW, what a presentation and delivery an hour before the event! Quick, easy, and no stress in letting the experts create. Ordered a small board for my staff month end reward. It was amazing. The 5 of us consumed just about all of it. It was almost too pretty to start eating. Delivered right on schedule. Everything g in the board was fresh and tasty. Excellent selection of nuts, fruits, meat, cheeses and sweets. Really really great food! Fast forward to the day before an event I'm hosting and the person who was supposed to help me prep food cancelled! I was scrambling for a charcuterie board and came to Yelp. If did not disappoint. I ordered the medium round board. The presentation was impressive but the food tasted even better. Karreno is a gem! I absolutely adore Charqute. The first time we hired Charqute, Karreno designed a beautiful, larger than life (or, for actual size, the surface of my entire kitchen counter ) cheese board for a large party that was not only as appealing to look at as it was delicious to eat! All of my guests raved about how beautiful it looked and tasted! Since then we have ordered quite a few cheese boards, each beautifully packaged, and hand delivered. On one particular occasion, Karreno and his team were super accommodating--putting together a last minute order for me and a guest who was vegan! My family and I had a blast choosing from the extensive menu, all allergies were accommodated, the presentation was gorgeous, and EVERYTHING was delicious. Compared to other caterers we called, Silver Springs was by far the most affordable and responsive. Not only did Scott stay for the entire event, but he greeted people at each table and made sure they were happy with the food. How often do you see an owner do that these days? He is a genuinely nice guy and his employees were true professionals who helped us pack up the leftover food and wine at the end of a very long day. We give Silver Spoons are highest recommendation and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Spoiler alert: the man is the consummate professional. The level of detail this guy focuses on is insane. The floral decorations on the bar top and the hors d'oeuvre platters come to mind. The whole experience was elevated because of the catering - the food, drinks, service, and presentation created a legit classy atmosphere. I felt like we were at a Hollywood premier reception - very fancy. I almost forgot to talk about the food itself lol! The reason we chose Scott in the first place was because we loved his dishes. We were impressed with the tasting menu meeting and selected our menu. When the day came...everything was so delicious! Here's the real proof. As hosts, we rarely get to eat much of the food at the event itself. We are too busy entertaining and talking with visiting family. THANK GOD they send the leftovers home with us! Let me tell you...working our way through the leftovers...was like...reading a love letter. Every dish was so good, so carefully and lovingly made, with only quality ingredients. The quality and care invested in each dish was literally palatable in every bite. The wait staff was professional and friendly. Scott himself was present and supervising everything. The pricing was reasonable. Scott is personable and friendly. The night of the event, again, everything went smoothly. The buffet layouts were good. The bar and wait staff were good. The table settings were fancy and elegant. Everything was timed correctly. And omg the food. My son ate like 6-7 of the tuna tartare's. The salmon teriyaki skewers were my favorite appetizer. But my gosh the chicken was heavenly. All the guests commented on how good the food was. The day after we felt completely satisfied and we couldn't wait to dig into the leftovers. I was in need of a gift for my beautiful sister. She is a big lover of the charcuterie boards, so I found this wonderful place. I placed an order online, it was quick and super easy. Once I placed my order I got a confirmation email for pick up the next day. I forgot the small detail of having them put "Happy Birthday"contacting them was extremely easy and got a reply within minutes (via text). The board came out so beautiful, my sister was so thrilled.
