We paid $3,600 for the repairs in advance and waited 5 months before they ever came out. It wasn't until I showed up in person demanding our money back when "mysteriously " our parts arrived that day before. Every time I called (which was about every two weeks from Sept) they kept saying we are awaiting parts. They wouldn't come out and do what mx they could, without the parts, instead they supposedly waited until the day we demanded our money back to come out. Seemed rather questionable. Then afterwards told us we had to pay $262 more. That the initial cost was only a "quote". I was furious. I waited about a month to call and pay my remaining balance and when I did I told the old man on the phone I only wanted to pay. Portion of the remaining balance because I couldn't afford it all at once at the time. I told him this twice. After he took my card number and my expectation date for my card, a 3rd time I said "I only want to pay half $131.." he then proceeded to tell me he thought I wanted to pay all of it! I said I told you 2x's before you ran my card that I only wanted to pay half!!!! Then he wanted to cancel and re-run my card, which if you are aware would show 2 transactions pending on my act for 3-5 business days, which would take MORE money unavailable from my account! I was infuriated ! This business is a joke! They are horrible and clearly so not know how to run a pool company! Overly p***** off!!!!

Spa guys came out and wired around the GFI and the spa worked fine, so back to the electricians :( Had to go out and buy a new GFI myself and have the electricians back out again to wire it in and voila, working hot tub ! So, it was a bad GFI breaker, brand new right out of the box. After reading reviews of them on Home Depot links, seems this is quite common with come of the cheaper GFI breakers. I paid for a top of the line Square D Non Metallic 50 amp GFI enclosure from Lowes and it worked great. So, thanks to Craig and the team there that did a great job and thanks for a great spa !
