They sell all kinds of foul weather gear for fishing, and even for the beach goer. The ATF requires that with a CWP in SC that is issued to a military member and the address is a home of record address there also needs to be the PCS orders verified along with the DOD CAC and the sale can go through and the customer will be exempt from the background check. It took a while but it got done and people got educated on situations such as this.
