It didn't bother us as we were left to our own devices on the trap field without too many questions and were told to shoot as much as we wanted; paying at the end. They were even nice enough to sell us a few boxes of shells in this time of... shortage. The equipment itself was in good working order and the fields were well kept. I certainly didn't expect to find what we did down that long dirt road. Oh and I shot a 22 - new personal record thanks to Partridge Creek!

The rangers are always helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They've taken the time to help us sight in our scopes and have guided us in better understanding aim, distance, and overall technique. On top of that, they're genuinely funny and personable, which makes the whole experience comfortable and welcoming. It's a bit of a drive for us, but completely worth it especially for FREE range access. It's such an amazing community resource for practice and for enjoying the sport responsibly. The range is well set up with porta potties, handwashing stations, and plenty of parking. The serene woods surrounding the park make it a peaceful place to spend the day. The manager and staff are all very friendly and accommodating. A great facility for groups as there were roughly 20 of us and there were no issues. The team was there from Monday till Friday. We prepared our own meals but they do offer catering. We shot Red skeet range on Thursday morning and had a blast. Since some us flew we used rental shotguns which were well worn but worked. That evening we utilized the rifle and pistol ranges. Lots of fun.
