There was no visible signage, and the suite number wasn't included in the confirmation email or on their website. I asked someone nearby who directed me to an unmarked, locked door. I tried calling multiple times while I was there but couldn't reach anyone. The next day, I was charged a $25 no-show fee. When I reached out to dispute the charge, the representative was incredibly rude and dismissive. She claimed the suite number was provided and insisted I should've been able to find it--even after I sent a screenshot showing it wasn't included. The lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the FDA, as I'm not confident they're licensed to perform the services they offer. This experience was extremely frustrating and sketchy. I strongly recommend avoiding this business and not purchasing any packages online.
