They said they can normally make such a repair in 2 to 4 hours but to be safe, figure on 24 to 48 hours. They sent me a text message on Tuesday and the replacement screen was in. Since I use the laptop for work, I suggested that with the 24 to 48 hour window, I bring it in on Thursday so I could pick it up on Saturday or Sunday at the latest and have it for work the following week. Dropped it off at 5:35 pm on Thursday and by the time I walked into the door at 6:00 pm, got a call that the laptop was ready. Rather that make a trip back over in rush hour traffic, I told them to hold it and I would pick it up on Friday. Drove over on Friday after the morning Rush Hour traffic and picked it up. We first did a quick check to insure everything was functional and it was. Used it for several day now and it good as new.
