My Honda was misfiring and not running well at all. Calling several Repair shops in the area, Spuhler was the only one who I reached, and kind enough to squeezed me in for the repair. From the second I walked in; I could tell all of Ken's team was the best. I overheard from them talking to other customers that they were trying to close early to get a head start on the Holiday, yet they stayed open and worked quickly to get me back on the road. I was expected a large bill at the end due to all the hassle, I put them though, yet the invoice was more than fair, and I only wish that all auto repair businesses were run like Ken's. I've actually had tire service on the side of the road cost less than this, and with a better tire! First off the Chinese off brand tire I was quoted was $340 + tax, labor, and disposal. Fair enough. That being said, I had them remove one rim and tire unit and move it to the back axle to help it wear better. That plus mounting costed me $88 which is absolutely ubsurd! R&R of one tire is around $30-35 and to just switch a unit an additional $20 at best. $88????. What's even better than that? The 4% charge charge at the end of the bill for using a credit card. $26.80 to use my credit card? Are we still in 1998? Where people charge an extra percentage for credit card use? I also noticed that they managed to mar and dent both wheels! I would never ever use this place for anything, not even lawn mower tires. Bill may have gotten my money, but I'll be damned sure to do my best to make sure he doesn't get anyone else's. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!

I'm not buying that story. After getting the same response from other salvage yards that were too lazy to go check, someone recommended Bill's. He even had a few different options on what to do! Let him know we were heading over, his crew got right on fabbing a new one for us and within 1/2 hr had us ready to get back up and running again.
