Cardinal ordered what was needed and provided the service quickly. The first time, there was a problem with the filter (not at all Cardinal's fault) and they were very quick to resolve it. Their prices were well below the dealership cost for the service rendered as well. They respond quickly to phone calls and are always friendly. If I am at all dissatisfied with service, I usually just don't return to that business. I will keep coming back here!

These guys fixed the errors of the previous mechanic, replaced the other two bearings, and also replaced our axels, all for less money than the crappy beloit mechanic. The gentleman at the desk, who I presume was the owner, said it would be about an hour before he could help. I asked if we could just fill the tire to see how fast it was leaking. He said yes, and while he filled it, he looked at the tire and spotted something. "I think I found the problem," he said. I have had my rusty 13 year-old car in to Clements Auto for a few issues. On one occasion, my wife's vehicle was making noise when the brakes were applied. We called Cletus, who said the soonest appointment was 3 days away. 10 minutes later he called back and said he was concerned for her safety, and asked if she could bring it by for a quick inspection. I have been completely satisfied with the repairs Cletus has made to our vehicles. In my opinion, he could charge double what he charges now, and I'd still bring our cars to him. Why? Because I trust that he's not trying to rip me off. If he says something needs to be done, it really needs to be done. If it doesn't he'll say so. The only downside is that his reputation for honesty and good work has spread, and now it takes a long time to get your car in!

I did the next best thing and ignored the oil change! I saw this place from the highway and decided to check it out. The staff was awesome; Took me in right away. I walked the lot while the service was performed. To my surprise, I only made it about a quarter way down the lot before the vehicle was ready to go (a typical oil change in the city takes about 45min - 1hr). The employees were solid, humble people and happy to do a job well done. They knew the oil weight, the filter was new, and my car hasn't blown up!
