The owner, I think his name is Mike, made me feel at ease over the phone. I had to pick my car up after they were closed for the week, so I never even got to meet him. I was so nervous about having to just trust someone over the phone with my car, but Mike was great! If I lived anywhere near Tomah I would definitely be a return costumer. He is an honest mechanic, and that is rare at any price. You can depend on him where you can't count on the other guys. I found out about him when my Pastor had me take the Church van to him for repairs, and I knew the price I would have expected on the work to be done. Not only was he very reasonable, but he spotted another issue that would have created a real problem down the line, and after looking it over the Church decided they really wanted him to do the work. Since then he has been their go-to. Mine too, and I send my family and friends there. Don't pay any attention to the people giving him bad comments. I think they are just cases where people are down on what they're not up on.

I was very skeptical at first, but I soon realized that Cordell's was a great business, as well. I have done business with them since they opened. The whole staff, from the receptionist to the mechanics have always treated me with respect. I cannot say enough for their customer service. They always are very courteous, and respectful in explaining what I need done with my vehicle. Today I stopped because my check engine light came on. I didn't get his name, but the mechanic told me that I was very low on oil. He put the needed oil in my car and didn't charge me! What kind of service like this would you get anywhere else?? I give them 5 stars,plus!!!
