We called VALVOLINE EXPRESS CARE when they opened the next day, and they immediately got our truck in and discovered that the OIL FILTER GASKET WAS NOT INSTALLED IN MINNEAPOLIS, they fixed the issue, did an oil change, and washed the truck to remove all the mess from the oil leak all for no charge. Not only did they do all that but they helped unconnect and reconnect the loaded uhaul trailer.

However I need to echo Bob S. and recommend that no one take any vehicles here. We took our Audi in for a simple oil change, they drained the transmission fluid and added more oil. This kind of messed up the vehicle. It had to be flatbeded out of there. Ase were leaning we got the normal platitudes a we were leaving, "we'll take care of it", "We'll make it right". No sooner than we were gone and we get, we did some research and those Audis have been know to have issues with the electronic controls. The cat was in the shop for a month before it was determined to be totaled. Fortunately we got our insurance involved early, it was covered, and they dealt with their insurance.
