Valvoline Express care in Tomah, WI is amazing and really saved our day! excellent fast service,…read morevery knowledgeable and professional. I had an oil change at a quick oil service store in Minneapolis before leaving to move my daughter to Kenosha, WI, stopped in Tohah, WI and noticed a large amount of oil under my truck! We called VALVOLINE EXPRESS CARE when they opened the next day, and they immediately got our truck in and discovered that the OIL FILTER GASKET WAS NOT INSTALLED IN MINNEAPOLIS, they fixed the issue, did an oil change, and washed the truck to remove all the mess from the oil leak all for no charge. Not only did they do all that but they helped unconnect and reconnect the loaded uhaul trailer.

They were all outside smoking right next to the open bay when I rolled up. They clearly had not the slightest clue what they were doing. They overcharged me, claiming my vehicle used 6 quarts of oil, and it's a 3-liter which uses 5, and we had brought an additive replacing one of those 5. We had a coupon for $10 off the price but still paid $20 more than the expected price without the discount. We went through the car wash but had to receive a code and give it to the attendant at the wash. Again, he clearly had no clue whatsoever what he was doing or how to do it. They had installed a brand new wash facility, so there was some confusion on how to operate it. While we were in the wash, the tire pressure sensor started pinging at me, and I rolled back around after the wash to have them check the pressure. The worker was indignant and said all the tires were fine but he would check, which he very quickly appeared to do, admonishing us to drive it around until the light went off and the alarm stopped pinging. I went to a car parts store, picked up a pressure gauge and proceeded to check the tires. No two were within 5 pounds of each other, and the rear tires were at less than 20 pounds, which they had not been before we went to the wash. Of course the pressure sensor stopped alerting as soon as the tire pressure was correct and consistent on all four tires, not after driving around with mix-and-match pressures... We told the staff about our experience and they were quite dismissive. I doubt most of them even understood what I was talking about. DON'T take your car here for anything but a wash and wax. These clowns may well ruin it.
