First time using this location and was a little disappointed. I waited nearly a week for a return…read morecall from the manager or owner which I was told to expect. Anyway, I usually go to a neighboring oil change express in Sand Springs but they were closed Monday so I decided to give these guys a try. I was given a cost considerably higher than what I was used to for an equal quality service and I mentioned this to one of the techs on duty. I decided it was too expensive and drove off to find another only to not even make it out of the parking lot and I decided to just bite the bullet and save the time. When I went back the same tech told me in a very rude way it would be the price he had mentioned and I said that's fine I just need it done. I didn't argue about the price or ask for a discount. I did find a coupon and asked the owner inside if he would honor it and he gladly did so and had a great attitude about it. My issue is with the two techs who performed the work. When it was time to pay I asked if they checked the air filter. He said "No, since you complained about the cost we didn't do any pulls," which the other tech told me he meant he didn't do the actual service that I agreed to pay for. I also asked if they topped off the other fluids and he said no. I asked the other tech if it was part of the normal service and he said yes, those should have been checked as well. He told me to pull back up and he would top off the wiper fluid. I thanked him for doing that and he just walked away. I again said thank you and he continued ti ignore me. Terrible attitude! He didn't even offer to complete the service by checking the air filter or any other items that he had already told me were part of the usual service for which I had already paid. I really hate that the first visit went this way but it's no way to build a relationship with customers. Guess I'll be waiting until my usual place is open on Tuesdays west of town.

This place has just gone downhill. Overcharge every time and they hit you with "my boss will come…read moretalk to you about prices" next thing you know there is no conversation and you're paying 90 for a regular oil change. I could do it myself and I've never done it before in my life. They were disrespectful to a family member of mine too and it is safe to say we will NOT be coming here again. Sorry not sorry, do better little boys.

Hands down best customer service and car care I have ever had!…read more My car began having issues as I was out of town. Since this was a Saturday many car care places were closed, I happened to find Sinclair after a quick search of finding someone who was open on a Saturday afternoon. Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. They then went above and beyond to taking care of the screw that was in the tire. A day later they called to see if I made it back home safely. Thankful for the care they showed even after we left! We are beyond thankful for the customer service, attention to detail, communication and reliability! We plan to be back!

He mentioned we had 250 dollars but we didn't think it would cost near that much. They charged us $239.80. We didn't complain at all. It was stalling, backfiring and running worse on the way home. They said they needed a more money to " fix it again beacuse when they fixed it they made other things go bad ". The Exhaust was still hanging down. They wanted more money to raise it with the hangers they had charged to put on it. My son made sure to be clam and not rude when he was talking to them about it. We hoped it was an honest mistake or maybe they were just joking about fixing what went bad because they fixed it. When my son asked for even a partial refund to go towards continuing fixing it they absolutely refused. Next he started cursing at us.

If you own a hemi motor, flow master outlaw mufflers are definitely way to go!!! Flow master part number: 815425 of 815425s; these two different numbers illustrate short muffler and long muffler. My dodge Durango RT, you have three mufflers; two on rear, one huge suitcase resignator middle; if you choose to be quite obnoxious, change all three mufflers with both part numbers provided, but middle muffler replacement is definitely adequate, then just deleting rear mufflers adding tips; rear tips should be at least 4", and 5" fill rear spot even better.

As an ex-mechanic, I can vouch after interrogating & working with Manny that he is an actual, literal auto- MECHANIC, & no mere parts-changer. He has the FU for ingenuity. There are those who might be able to replace your carburetor, starter, transmission- and those who understand the internals and so have the intelligence and experience to rebuild it themselves. Manny is the latter, & HONEST, TO BOOT! He will also do his flat level-best to save you M O N E Y by almost flat-out refusing to do unnecessary work, as well! It's no wonder he stays SO busy that he can't help every person every moment they need his help! He takes care of the little old men who pop in to take good care of their vehicles, he takes care of the poor mom with 6 kids screaming in the car that pops in, and yes- he does NOT have time to sit on top of the phone- he's WORKING. If you leave him a message, he'll call you back unless he doesn't have an update at the time. When he has one, he WILL call you. I think this poor guy is singlehandedly keeping Owasso running. I cannot tell y'all enough how much I appreciate this body shop and their hard work…read more The turnaround on everything I've needed from them has been fantastic. Months ago, I came in looking for help with my seat's electric switch. They didn't have the part in and had to order it over the weekend, but in the meantime they manually moved my chair to a comfortable place for me free of charge. That's a lot of trust for a small business, I could have driven off and not come back because I was "happy" with where the seat was. But I knew right then that I'd be coming back. The front office (a husband and wife, the owners) are so incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I've never once felt pressured to do a specific service at a certain time. My brakes have been grinding and they got me in ASAP and the turnaround was just a few hours! The prices are fair and the facilities rock. Definitely grab a handful of M&Ms and some coffee if that's your thing. If you're looking for body or mechanic work, consider American Autobody.
