But when…read more my 2011 gmc 1500 transmission failed I panicked , not coming from money and not having any , so I called around to all the transmission shops in Tulsa to get a quote on fixing it. Vinny told me he had a surplus of parts and could really help me out price wise ( 2400 compared to 4000) super excited I accepted. Had my truck towed there and a month and a half later after all was paid for pre hand he said my truck was ready , went picked up etc and it was still not acting right and the trans messed up , dropped it off again for another month plus and guess what the transmission is still messed up lol Finally where I stand after saving myself 1200$ by not going to the big comapny, is with a messed up transmission nearly a year later because I cannot afford to keep dropping it off with Vinny for him to "give it another try " with no loaner cars etc... save your money in the long run and get your transmission done by the experts and not Vinny ( who is a good dude just not a great mechanic for transmissions ) Vinny you have my number please call me I just want a working vehicle

Thus i took my car to P.A.W automotive (55th &Mingo, Tulsa) on Friday Oct 10th and had them service the transmission and replace some leaking coolant lines and fittings for $500 on Oct 14'25. Why Greg did you this to me especially me being a federal employee and furloughed during the federal govt. shutdown? Also your Aamco website shows you have appointments but in reality you dont follow appts at your Broken Arrow shop, 42nd Harvard shop or 15th & Memorial Tulsa shop!

My wife's car battery went out on us so I remove the old battery and go buy another from Wal-Mart…read more I go to slap the new one in there and notice that the positive battery terminal was corroded and had broken. I squeezed it around the post as hard as I could and got it to start and drove it back Wal-Mart where they told me they can't help me because there wasn't enough cable to cut off and put on a new one nor did they have the right terminal and recommended I take it to the dealer...thanks for nothing Wal-Mart. I called around and most shops gave me the run around that they were to busy or they didn't think they would have the right part. Well after some digging through google I found the Tulsa Auto Doc. I called them and told them my situation and he said "oh yeah, yeah that's no big deal. I've got a few of those in my shop on hand." I zip on over to the shop, 8119 E. 14th St, and think I'm in the wrong place because all I see is Witness Security trucks everywhere. I walk in the office anyway and am greeted by two lovely ladies and two of the most well behaved puppies I've ever met. One of the women takes my keys to the mechanic and I wait in the office and play with the dogs who apparently love everyone but will quietly lay on their bed when you're done petting them. After not long at all my car was fixed up and ready to roll. I went outside and talked to the mechanic and he noticed my radio was disabled until I put in a code. He asked if I knew the code and I told him I did not and he went inside and came out with the code and typed it in for me and told me "you're all set up". I asked him what I owed him and he said "oh something little like that? Nothing I just appreciate your business" All around great experience at the shop. Nice people, good dogs, and good work. Definitely will use him next time I need repairs.

They told me I needed two other parts to fix it and charged me another $850 to do it. Next time I filled up it leaked again. I took it to Robinson tire this time and they found that auto doc didn't even put the o-ring in the fuel pump. Auto doc wouldn't refund any of the extra money I spent. Said I should have brought it back a third time. Terrible service! Terrible mechanics. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE!!! 0 stars for sure!

On the 4th week I tried 5th wheel out again. I had trouble hooking and unhooking from a trailer. They even had to help. Steve called me company and told them the 5th wheel is alright and I had no trouble with it. When I called Steve and told that I felt like he threw me under the bus. Steve got very abusive and I had to hangup. I even had to block his number. He doesn't care anything about bad reviews. I would never recommend him to anybody or take my personal vehicle to him. I am sad and disappointed to have to write a terrible review for this company…read more However I feel I have a duty to inform the public of Fleet Services of Tulsa's dishonest management. I took our truck in for an oil change and ended up with a massive bill over $17,000. The mechanics are great but the management team is dishonest. I authorized $1000 budget to track down an oil pressure problem. I was adamant that I be contacted for authorization if the bill would be over $1,000. A few days after I droped the truck off I was contacted and informed that had a big problem. When we went to look at the truck the engine had been disassembled to the point it would cost over $3500 to put it back together. This was only to diagnosis the problem. We were considering getting a second opinion since they estimated a $17,000 repair bill and had not contacted me prior to disassembling my engine. At this point I had a big bill, the intial issue unresolved and my back against a corner. The manager Steve Walter offered us a 30 day term on 50% of the final bill. This was an unsolicited offer to entice us to have the truck repaired with them. Reluctantly we agreed to have the truck repaired. They quoted us one week to complete the the repairs, however three weeks later we finally get the okay for us to pick our truck up. This time delay alone cost me over 25k in revenue. Unfortunately when it came time to pay the bill they once again dishonered our agreement. They demand payment in full and Steve Walter was conveniently in meeting's for the next two days and unable to speak with us about the terms he had offered. So they take your truck, do additional unauthorized work, get you to agree to additional work under false pretense, and then go back on their word. How can you trust anything from this company. Then to add insult to injury the account manager rushed a technician to us as we are starting the truck to take it on a test drive as if we where going to steal our own truck. I will never use or recommend Fleet Service's of Tulsa to anyone. Just plain dishonest.

If you own a hemi motor, flow master outlaw mufflers are definitely way to go!!! Flow master part number: 815425 of 815425s; these two different numbers illustrate short muffler and long muffler. My dodge Durango RT, you have three mufflers; two on rear, one huge suitcase resignator middle; if you choose to be quite obnoxious, change all three mufflers with both part numbers provided, but middle muffler replacement is definitely adequate, then just deleting rear mufflers adding tips; rear tips should be at least 4", and 5" fill rear spot even better.

They charged exactly what was quoted and didn't push any extra work on me at all which is rare for auto repairs! I will definitely be back to work with them again.
