First off I was referred to victory transmission from another shop that did not do import cars. After speaking with the owner and walking the shop I decided to leave them my 03 accord to do the job. They did a great job fixing/replacing the transmission. They also noticed other issues like the radiator and a Catalytic converter. They notified me of the problem and said that they could handle it. Which in my eyes is above and beyond for the them and extremely helpful for me. Now I don't have to get those done at a different auto shop after the transmission was completed. They kept me informed of the progress the entire time they had my vehicle. Everyone at that shop was extremely nice, polite and professional. They explained everything that was being done to my vehicle. I have and will continue to refer people to this shop!

The prices I was getting were outrageous. In most cases more than the dealership. But, they couldn't do the work in the time I needed. Then I found Rubios while doing a search. His estimate was more than resonable. I took the car in and his mechanic was the nicest person EVER! He explained how he did the flush since my transmission is sealed. He moved two cars and put mine in. He ordered the fluid from his provider and two hours later it was done. And the cost was less than his estimate. My car runs great! It runs smooth again, shifting is smoother, it just purrs again. I'll definitely take my car there again. Thank you gentlemen. Your both AWESOME.

I have a Ford with 10R80 transmission (which is known for problems) after going to 3 transmission…read moreshops, I was referred to Bill's shop by a mechanic friend. He is the only one who diagnosed the correct issue. I was told by the first 2 shops, I need to have it rebuilt, 5 to 6 thousand dollars. After taking the time to test drive and do a engine diagnostic it was determined to be a #4 engine coil. Had it replaced and and the shuttering was fixed. I asked Bill, if I owed him anything, he said nope! In this day and age it is hard to find anybody that will go out of their way like this, if I do ever have a transmission problem, You bet, I will be going back to see Bill.

Honest, Professional Service That Saved Me Thousands…read more I can't say enough good things about my experience with Cres-O-Matic and Bill. I brought my 2015 Silverado to them for a third-party transmission diagnostic after being told by a dealership that I needed an approximately $11,000 transmission replacement. Bill and his team took the time to properly inspect the truck and determined that my transmission was fine. The actual problem was a misfire on cylinder #8, which turned out to be a simple and affordable repair. Bill was incredibly nice, straightforward and helpful throughout the entire process. There was no upselling, no scare tactics, just an honest diagnosis and clear communication about what my truck actually needed. Since the truck was already there, I decided to have Cres-O-Matic perform a complete transmission service, including fluids, filter and cleaning. Even that service came in at roughly one-third of what I had been quoted elsewhere. My truck is now fixed, serviced and running great for a fraction of what I originally thought I was facing. Huge thank you to Bill and the entire crew at Cres-O-Matic. Finding a shop that values honesty and taking care of the customer is worth its weight in gold. They saved me a tremendous amount of money and, more importantly, earned my trust. I truly appreciate the way they handled everything and would absolutely recommend Cres-O-Matic to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable transmission service. These guys did right by me, and I'll definitely be back.
