Backstory: had brakes previously replaced at Euro Car Masters (AVOID THEM) only to have my brakes squeaking again. After waiting all day for an oil change, was told the rotors were scored and the pads were wrong and my brake flyid was shot. They replaced the brakes unDer warranty and I paid for the brake fluid replacement. Another entire day lost. A week later, my manual clutch feels spongy. Maybe its just me I thought...until tonight (saturday), and my 2020 124 spider wont go into gear. Ai told me there was likely an air bubble in the brake/clutch fluid. Ofc the shop isnt open until monday. Frantically i called mobile mechanics to bleed my slave cylinder. Jeremy texted me back immediately after missing my call to confirm he could do it. An hour or so later, he bled the system but only half the gears worked. He then suspected a linkage misalignment, and broke down the console to realign it manually. Half hour later, all gears worked. 2 for 2 in less time than my oil change took at the other hellhole. Jeremy saved me thousands because another shop would have replaced my clutch, then the entire transmission, and potentially STILL miss the bleed and linkage. Bright side: I found a killer new MOBILE mechanic that is available weekends. What a gift. Jeremy, youre my hero. ‍

I came to this shop to have them replace the window regulator for my Mazda 6. I bought the part…read moreonline and my intention was to simply have the new regulator installed by the folks at Precision. They quoted me $150 and I agreed. At this time there were no other window issues with my car, with the exception that my rear passenger window would not roll up 100%, it would stop at 90%. I dropped off the car and they worked on the car. Then they called me 1-2 hours later and said the window regulator was not the problem. The owner/manager said the problem was with my plastic door panel and they would not be able to fix my rear passenger window issue. I picked up my car as well as the unused part and left. About 1 hour after picking up my car, I noticed that now, I had a new issue with the front passenger side window and the rear driver side window not rolling up or down. Prior to visiting Precision, both of these windows were working, but now all of a sudden they were not working. It was clear to me that the workers at Precision did something wrong that interrupted the ability for the other windows to roll up and/or down. Needless to say, I was beyond disappointed and upset that the staff here made the problem worse. I think when they took apart the rear passenger side door to attempt to replace the window regulator for that window, the workers messed something up that negatively affected the remaining windows. Now I have to take my car to the dealer so actual professionals who know what they're doing can fix this problem. Lesson learned, I'll never take my car to this shop again. I texted the owner/manager to let him know. He suggested I bring the car back to his shop so they could the issue but like I said, it does not appear that they know what they're doing so why would I got back? I don't want them to make it worse.

I had a very disappointing experience with California Transmission. I came in looking to swap Chevy Astro transmission and the high selling point with California transmission would be completed in a one day turnaround. However, unfortunately, I found myself having to call the shop multiple times for an update, and we're constantly hesitant to update me. In the end up having to wait three days to get my vehicle To make matters worse, they failed to properly reconnect my oil dipstick to the engine block, which is a basic but critical oversight. I know that mistakes are common, however, granted to the fact that Israel emphasize how professional they are 25 years of experience, I am surprised something like that went unnoticed so I went ahead and give them a call today and after the vulgar conversation, he gave me I decided that I ultimately had a write a review. Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail makes it hard to recommend this shop. I will provide photos below to show that I am a true customer and not a fake reviewer.

BEWARE: DISHONEST; WILL DESTROY YOUR WIRING TO TEMPORARILY "FIX" YOUR AC…read more I came in April 2023 looking for a trustworthy shop to fix my AC. It would go out intermittently and not blow cold air. The owner told me that it was a "simple relay issue" and presented my car back to me with it blowing ice cold air. He told me to keep the AC always on for the first couple of weeks just to help the airflow. Since that time, I continued to have issues where the AC would still go out and stop working. I also inherited more issues: cold vapor of air flowing through the vents even when AC is not turned on. White flakes sometimes came through, as if it was snowing in my car. Unfortunately, I did not have money to keep taking it back to get fixed, so I deal with it. Fast forward to 2026, I take my car to Seiko's auto shop in Monrovia to finally address the AC issue before another summer season hits. To my surprise, they let me know that the previous shop I took my car to (SWIFTGIRL AC AUTO) has completely jerryrigged the wiring. They had my AC compressor set to always be turned on even when it's not actually on (now the owner's "airflow" instruction makes sense!... load of BS!!) The temperature of the AC was reading as 15 degrees when normally should be at 40 degrees. This explains the cold vapor of air and snowflakes. It was so cold that it made an ice block in my car and prevented airflow from coming through. I had to pay thousands to get this problem diagnosed, re-do ALL the wiring that Swiftgirl messed up, and then pay more to finally get to the bottom of the original cause of the AC problem. DO NOT trust this shop!!!! If you don't know much about cars, they will not be the ones to do honest work! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. They will purposely mess up your car and give you a temporary fix to make it seem like it's working just to take your money. Shame on this business and everyone associated with it. Anyone who has recently gotten their AC fixed by Swiftgirl, I HIGHLY recommend to take it somewhere else and double check your wiring before you end up with a bigger problem like I did.
