We've tried just about everything on the menu over the years, and honestly, you really can't go wrong with anything you order. If you're going through the drive-thru, just remember to be patient. Sometimes the line takes a little while to move, but it's worth the wait because they're preparing your food after you order it. Fresh food takes a little time! When we say SIDE salad, we expected the salad to actually be on the SIDE. Instead, they put the HOT chicken tenders directly on top of the salad, which melted the cheese and completely ruined it. They did offer to replace the salad, but after the attitude I received on the phone, I didn't feel comfortable trusting them to remake my food. What made the situation worse was being told what I should do differently next time when the mistake was on their end. Mistakes happen, but how you handle those mistakes matters. Telling a customer how they should order next time instead of simply taking responsibility is not good customer service. The food may be decent, but the way this situation was handled left a really bad impression.

Walked over to the soda machine got soda and then started making a sandwich without washing his hands. I stopped in for a sandwich and I couldn't use the bathroom to wash my hands or use the restroom because there is no bathroom access for customers there was no ice tea available as they said they didn't make any. I came back about three months ago and noticed only two of the guys are still there. There used to be a really friendly awesome blonde chick there. I think the side of her head was shaved? I don't remember.. but she was so sweet and fun to chat with while waiting for my food. There is now this older lady there (maybe new owner?) and she is just so non personable! Ryan is still there making sandwiches and (Ron I think) is still there! But that cashier chick is gone! She used to jump in and make hoagies too. Anyways, food is still really good, but I'm disappointed with the new staff. Not like the old days at all!
