We do not have that order". Bewildered with confusion I offered to show my online order confirmation, only to be met with dismissal. No worries. I fully understand it was a late night with a TON of requests. So I was an order, in a sea of orders. But when you place an order online, and arrive 30 minutes after your expected completion time, you expect to be quickly serviced. That's the purpose of an online order. I waited for an additional 48 minutes for my order to be completed AFTER showing up for retrieval. The younger gentleman behind the counter, who I presume was the manager, did try and rally his team but to a paltry response. No urgency from the rest of the staff. No care. maybe he can get hired at a more appropriate location where his talents don't go unobserved. All in all, food was okay, albeit EXTREMELY late. Will not revisit this location nor will I recommend it to others. I was there Friday 3/17 around 11pm. Please convey to the young brother who was may have been the manager, he's a strong willed young man and I hope him the best. The rest....... God bless.
