Cross contamination! They could careless!! I told them they messed up on my order for 5 plain and 5 garlic Parmesan. I'm guessing the lead chef didn't like the fact they messed up, and took the chicken wings out of my hand. She proceeded use her dirty gloves and take 5 Parmesan wings out and add 5 w/o sauce. Then proceeded to hand it back to me w/o saying one word. You are not supposed to take food back after a customer has touched it. Great job Charley's Cheesesteaks for hiring someone with a horrible attitude and someone that continues to cross contaminate the whole kitchen. service absolutely terrible....the guy with glasses is the rudest person i have ever had to deal with in a public place or restaurant. 100% ignored me when i asked about sauces for the wings and that was in the drive thru so i had to pull around to go inside to check if the dude was serious and he was. totally ihnored me inside as well and i not one time was rude to him until then. and even when i had to tell him what i thought he stood there with a blank look on his face like he could care less. so not only that happening our order was completely wrong and he still did not care at all and starred at me with a smirk on his face. i demanded a refund and left the crap he tried serving me there. read more

While this is a new place it was filthy on the inside. Got home to realize we didn't receive a sandwich that we ordered-(should have checked I know) called to discuss, no answer so I left a message and took the survey online. So the food is good, but the service at this certain location is totally unprofessional, it was my first time going to this restaurant and I figured I'd try it because it looks really good and it just opened so I went in and I ordered the jalapeño cheese steak and I asked them if the sandwich comes with any sauce! any type of sauce! The lady replied no so I ordered the sandwich as is when I got home I was surprised to see that they put mayo on the sandwich because I asked if there was any type of sauce and the answer was a clear no! So whatever no big deal I don't live too far away I called the restaurant and let them know what was happening first the lady who answered was extremely rude she didn't introduce herself properly and when I told her my situation she replied with "we do not consider mayo a sauce" to which I replied "what" if you know anything about mayo you know that it's considered a sauce but apparently to Charlie steakhouse it's not! After I said "what" the lady repeated herself and said there's nothing I can do for you, we made the sandwich correct because you didn't ask for no mayo... at this point I couldn't help but to think to myself ..is she stupid?? So I asked to speak to the manager and I feel like she put the phone down waited five seconds and picked it back up and pretended to be a manager, proceeded to say the same thing and then hang up in my face! So I went to the store and there I was approached by a proper manager who was a lot nicer than the employee and I wish I had her name (employee)... The manager was very apologetic but when I got to the mayo part she as well said "we do not consider mayo a sauce" which I think even if Charlie's steakhouse doesn't consider mayo sauce they should still tell you there's no sauce but there is mayo on the sandwich... Because when somebody ask if there's any sauce on the sandwich take it off ...that usually means they want their sandwich dry but I guess common sense ain't so common, at the end of the day they argued with me so much and made me so upset that as much as I enjoy the food I will not be going back until they hire more professional employees and I understand it is fast food I've worked in fast food myself but I have never argued with a customer to this extent.. they even told me that it wasn't that big of a deal and that I shouldn't even be upset which at that point I wasn't mad that there was mayo on my sandwich I was mad because everyone was arguing with me about the fact that mayo is not a sauce... it is a sauce, if these employees do not get proper training on how to properly service customers then this location will go down fast and also the place was disgusting!! read more
