We slowly drove our car into their very busy shop on a Thursday morning and were immediately greeted by two staff who left a project to help us. Within 10-minutes, they had our tire off and in a tub of water to find the leak. Because we had driven a while on a low tire, unknowingly, there was evidence of side wall damage. We dreaded a big bill and long wait. More good luck: a screw was retrieved, the pressure left in the tire was adequate to not ruin it and our hole was foxed within 15-minutes. The auto repair staff and office staff were all wonderful. They were reassuring, honest and made us feel at home. They could have easily put us at the back of the line (we are out of towners) or sold us an expensive new tire. We walked away with a $25 repair bill. They even let us keep our car on their property while we went to breakfast and explored downtown on bikes. You don't find business like this these days. Please give them your business and respect. Wish we lived closer. They would be our go-to for car repairs.

I've never experienced anything like this. Refusing to install brand-new tires simply because they weren't purchased from your business is disappointing and, in my opinion, poor customer service. If this is your policy, it should be made clear upfront so people don't waste their time. If you're looking for a shop that's willing to help customers regardless of where they purchased their tires, you may want to look elsewhere.

Last year, my younger sister bought a used car from the Tallberg's dealership (for a very reasonable price) and had trouble within two weeks - something they should have caught at the dealership, but didn't. The guys were super apologetic and the owner ended up paying for almost 3/4's of the repairs. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. I mean, it sucks bad enough when your car breaks down; don't make it suck more by going to some chain repair shop that won't treat you as well as these guys do.

Three months ago I had my car delivered to these guys. After two months I was really surprised they…read morenever called me. I gave them a call and they said they had a wrong number. They told me the number they were calling must have been incorrect and said they left messages, voicemails, etc which wasn't possible because the number they claimed to be calling was a disconnected number, proving they were lying straight to my face about leaving messages. After all this was resolved they hit me with a $3500 quote. I get a call that the work has been completed and get a ride over to their shop (over an hour away) the car wouldn't start and couldn't even be jumped. I leave the car and get another ride back home. They call me a few days later and say they fixed the issue. I go all the way back out there again to pick the car up. After saying they were going to fix the issue on them because it was their mistake, they charged me for the labor. On my way back with the car it stalled out while going 50mph 4 times and was struggling to start back up. The next day the car didn't even start at all. In my attempt to bring the car back to them today it broke down and wouldn't start at all. Bringing it somewhere else seems like the best idea. I will not be coming back and will be letting others know not to go to them. On top of everything they put their oily hands on the cloth of my door card. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
