The day we moved they showed up on time, talked with us a moment and got the just of what needed to be moved and what we decided we would take ourselves as we just wanted the heavy stuff moved and not the small boxes. They worked efficiently and even took apart one table I have with a marble piece wrapped it all and made it easy to move and less likely to break. (It was one of the few pieces I was really worried about because of its sheer heft and weird round shape, but they made it all seem easy.) Plus they took a few pieces of art that we planned on taking saying it would be no trouble and no extra cost, and I'm glad they did because they arrived at the new place safely and I didn't have to carry them or place them in our car at all. When we had gotten to our new place all the pieces got there with no issues, and were unpacked as carefully as they were packed and reassembled (for the table that they took apart and the entertainment center) with ease. They made sure to ask me where I wanted each piece as they brought it in so I wouldn't have to move furniture around later. It was all easy for us and effortless, and I was quite pleased. I will definitely call them first if we move again within their operating area! And best of all, their prices are more than reasonable for what you get... I was actually surprised we weren't charged more. We were so pleased my hubby immediately did a video testimonial with the owner (and my hubby never does that!) They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested. I did need boxes and Esteban ended up dropping them off to me which was really nice! My move took two days - the first for packing and loading my belongings and the second for moving and unpacking. The three gentlemen who did this for us, Arod, Josh and Gabe were really pleasant and efficient. However, I am disappointed that we were left with some damage to our furniture, including a nightstand I had just bought recently for our new home. I would've appreciated a heads up that the damage was made, but unfortunately nothing was said. This was realized after the moving team had left, and the damage is pretty obvious, so it's not like it was missed. I called the office regarding this damage and received no response. From the very first message they were punctual, polite, and informative. Like many people we thought we could do all the moving on our own and then it came to the day before we were supposed to be out and everything felt so overwhelming. So in the midst of everything we were also trying to find movers. We greatly underestimated just how challenging of a move this was going to be a black swan genuinely saved us. Not just that, they were genuinely some of the kindest people I have ever met. Even though moving can be an extremely stressful experience, if we had hired them from the beginning it would've gone so much more smoothly.
