Serious coffee lovers only! It's not Starbucks. That's a beautiful thing. The warehouse/sales floor/tasting room is perfect for what the owner intended. Make great coffee from great coffee beans. It's not about mass producing charcoal tasting dark roast which is a trick lots of roasters use to hide sub-par beans. Charleston Coffee Roasters cares about each and every cup of coffee brewed with their product. They subtly bring out every nuance of the bean with a very attentive small roasting process. Each type of bean needs special attention. Walk in at anytime during business hours and Lowell and Charles will stop what they're doing in order to learn your palate and cater to it. Have a cup of coffee since they always have an air pot of some fresh fantastic brew and you will see that coffee doesn't get any better than this. It's an industrial setting, but it will be a regular stop once you taste the fruit of their labor of love. They also sell those hard to find syrup flavorings as well. I would sleep nights here if I could. Just to wake up on coffee Heaven! Park on front and walk around to the left of the building to enter. Try their signature blend. Its amazing!

Great coffee, fresh and strong flavor. I always load up on early bird roast at Sam's Club

We bought some Rainforest Blend from a local grocery store. It is the blandest coffee that I have ever tasted.

I picked up my coffee this morning and Gordon had a hand written sign saying good bye. I knew it was too good to be here forever. Someone as talented and dedicated to excellence as Gordon is would naturally need to roll once he had perfected his vision. Which he has. I will miss the perfect cup of coffee right outside my office. I am also happy for him to have the courage to make this move. Wherever it takes him, I know it will be grown with purity of intention.

I look forward to getting one (or two) every week. Lucky for me, the Bottleneck Coffee truck is at the CMD Greenway almost every day (except Mondays, and believe me, I think about it on Mondays). Sometimes I will bring a coffee to my husband, who works at the medical hospital as a nurse, as a midday pick me up. He loves this! He'd never been a fan of Vietnamese iced coffee, but he likes this version of the classic drink because it doesn't use condensed milk. Fun fact: there is also a vegan version! The icing on the cake of this food truck is that the owner is so nice, and consistently delivers great service and really, simply great coffee at a totally reasonable price.

This place was a work in progress and they still cooked for me…read more The couple that own this place is super nice. I really wish them well. The place is coming along just nicely. Now for the food. I ordered chicken curry to go The entree was reasonably priced for Indian food and for what you get. It includes a cucumber salad, rice and 2 pieces of naan bread. The curry was not spicy but it was flavorful. Just the way I like it. The rice had onions in it which I thought was unusual but it was good. The cucumber salad which was good too. Drenched in something kinda like a tzatziki sauce. Now the portions were very small but it was lunch and it is Mt Pleasant. They have weird breakfast only hours during the week. Even though I came after 2pm. They still served and cooked for me. Really want them to succeed.

I love Indian food, but by no means am I a connoisseur of the cuisine…read more That being said, I think this eatery offers authentic regional cuisine that's different than the fare you'd expect from your typical Indian restaurant. The menu is small and simple. Service is extremely friendly and engaging. The owner was walking around asking everyone how the food was and explaining things. The kitchen is an open concept so you can watch the chef do her thing. Prices are decent, and dare I say cheap, for a restaurant in the specific area they're in. Good addition to the food scene and hope they're here to stay.
