Dave Bombaci at Lawyers Title always went above and beyond for us. When the process first began, he went out of his way to send a courier to my place of business to pick up our earnest money check. As the process began winding down, Dave again went out of his way to send a notary direct to our home to sign papers ahead of closing. This kept everything on track. Not only was a notary sent to our home, but it was done so AFTER my wife and I were both home from work that day despite it not being until after 7:30 p.m. on a Wednesday. His communication was always concise, personable and effective. He called when he said he was going to call and each e-mail I left was always answered promptly. My wife and I were the buyers in this transaction so I cannot comment on how the process would be from the sellers perspective. As far as we are concerned, the process went as smooth as it could be. In fact, I don't know how the entire transaction could have possibly went any better. Between the title company, our realtor and our lender, everything went so awesome! Here are some of the most inconvenient features this bank has in place. 1) You cannot transfer between accounts between 10pm and 1am. So if you need emergency funds from your savings. Between any point at that time. Any other bank would be more "convenient. 2) Mobile uploads for check deposits. Half the time don't work. And if you decide to do it over the weekend. Cause you got paid on a Friday. Well good-luck cause twice my check was held for review. Taking even longer!!!! 3) You don't get your paycheck a day or 2 before. Like most banks. 4) **** YOU CANNOT DEPOSIT CASH OR A CHECK INTO THE ATM AT THE BRANCH , YOU MUST SPEAK WITH THE TELLER TO MAKE A DEPOSIT. SO FORGET IT IF YOU HAVE TO PUT MONEY IN A PINCH, SO YOU'LL NEED TO DO ALL THAT DURING BUSINESS HOURS, WHICH IS VERY INCONVENIENT **** 5) The App is buggy, internal errors. My own experience is I show up at 4:59. There's nobody at the doors so I figured they're not locking up yet, so I go up to the doors. All the people are behind the counter which means that they lock the doors before they actually closed at five they see me a person from the other side of the branch I guess walks out I walk in and I'm standing holding money in my hand to make a payment and the ladies behind the counter didn't even try to open the door or assist or even care that my payment is due today and they closed early. Therefore I couldn't make a payment there. Luckily there's another location and it closes at 6 PM, I quickly drove over to the other location 15 minutes away and was able to make my payments. If someone who's in charge is reading this, please let the women that were behind the desk. I know it was extremely rude for them to close early and it could've costed me a late payment and they were not supposed to clock out yet maybe this job is not for them. I like this credit union. This is the first and only problem I've ever had with them and I hope my last. Also on a different note but on the same thought why do they close at 5 PM and at 6 PM like bank hours should be something to think about.
