When I called Mike he offered to face-time with me free of charge…read more  He spent at least 30 minutes on the phone going over details and he urged me to do this myself because he would have to charge me $200. I service my ptac units and my refrigerator myself. Still, I'm the least handy person you could imagine, so I don't like the idea of shocking myself or burning my apartment down.  Even after Mike's pep talk and offer to help me over the phone I decided to pay his premium. When he got here there were other things he needed to do but he did not charge for the extras.  He's a true gentleman and a perfectionist and really knows what he's doing. I almost don't like writing this because if he gets too busy he won't be here for me when I need him.

So spent a few hundred bucks on a fix that didn't work from someone who wouldn't come back and finish the job. He was very weird abt payments and deposits.

I was able to have his technician come the very next day. He arrived only a little after the promised time, evaluated the situation and used images to show the work needed to Luis. After I was given the proposal, Matheus came in a day to carry out the work. Great communication, work carried out in a good amount of time and everything neatly cleaned up. Worrying about the cost, Luis eased my mind with a reasonable cost for the amount of work that was done. All is working well and I would use Ls Electric again if needed. I would highly recommend them to friends and my family, but I also want to be a bit selfish to keep for myself;)

It was not working when we moved into the house, but we really wanted to be able to put up some lights for the holidays this year. Junik's fee was a fraction of other electricians that I reached out to, and even when the job turned into more work than originally anticipated, they kept to the quote that was given beforehand and did not ask for more money. Junior was kind, straightforward, walked me through everything he was doing, thorough, and priced appropriately. Property manager for 20 years, so I can give a decent assessment of contractors…read more First, his technical knowledge is superb. He 's multi-generational electrician. His father was an electrician so he grew up learning the trade. He's also been through the NJ apprenticeship program that teaches the correct way to do things. A lot of contractors come from other countries, so they're learning on the job. You want to avoid those. Second, he does great work. Many contractors will show up late but he showed up on time. And you'll find that he's a guy who prides himself on the quality of his product. Third, his prices are fair. He's not a person who's going to rip you off. If you don't believe me, look at the number of reviews. A lot of contractors these days will pay people to write review for them. As a result, you'll see contractors with hundreds of reviews. They are fake. David's reviews are real. If you need an electrician, you can't go wrong with him.
