Ordered a cake two tier cake for my wife to celebrate everything we didn't celebrate due to family or other obligations. Whe I went to pick up my cake they had the pick-up date wrong, so the cake wasn't ready. The girl at the counter said, they had cakes that were already baked but weren't decorated, yet. The party was already set for that afternoon so I took what they had after a few flowers and decorations were added to the cake. She had me look at the cake before she boxed it up and took it home. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting but it looked pretty. I about 3 miles from the bakery. By the time I had left the bakery to my driveway was only about ten minutes. Once I got the cake into the house I started taking the cake out of the box and I could tell that, there was a problem. The cake had started to settle, the icing was bulging out at the bottoms of each level, the icing was literally seperating from the cake, causing each level to start leaning to one side like the leaning tower of Pisa. All we could do, is take a cake knife and slice the cake right down the middle and lay it on it's side. The icing was too thick for the cake. The only good thing that came out of this hot mess, was the cake it's self was moist and tasted pretty good!! I just chocked it up to a $70 something dollar loss. read more

My girlfriend is a big fan of whataburger food and Charity was able to create an amazing cake in 1.5 weeks notice for her surprise party. I did not need to meet with her person and we just communicated through email. She was very prompt and detailed in how many it would service and pricing. She was also able to deliver the cake to the location ,as well ,on time without issue. I had some of my girlfriends friends say it tasted better than their wedding cake. It was exceptional quality and the design came out perfect; better than I could imagine. Very talented and professional cake designer. I would go back for another project without hesitation. My husband placed a order for a birthday cake the day before we needed it and we have Never ordered from here before and the design he wanted they said they couldn't do in that time frame , So he told what it needed to say . He said he just wanted the cake to look Really nice . The next day when I went to pick up the cake I was about 45minutes early and they said it wasn't ready I said no problem I'll come back at 3:00 when it is ready then I heard someone from the back yelling about me coming in early for pick ! I don't know if it was the owner or cake decorator But either way Very Unprofessional !! When I came back to pick up the cake it didn't say on it What My Husband Had Asked For . This was for a 50th Birthday and it looked like they just Threw a cake together with No thought or Effort Really Fast ! It looked Terrible and Didn't have the correct Saying on the cake ! Charity is seriously awesome!. One of my friends was having a birthday party, and he is the biggest Dr. Strange fan in the universe. Now I looked for Dr. Strange cakes on the internet and couldn't find anything. So I gave Charity a call. All I had to do is tell her what I wanted and in a week I had an awesome Dr. Strange cake that was the hit of the party. It was delicious, too (white chocolate and coconut). Everybody LOVED it. Best cake designer in Missouri I would say! My now husband and I met with Charity over a year ago after we saw a few pictures on Facebook. Charity was amazing to work with. I am a girl that LOVE's sparkle and glitter and my husband loves everything geeky. I wasn't sure how we were going to get everything to show our styles and not be over the top crazy. After doing the taste test by at the time fiancé leans over to my plate and steals the bites I didn't finish (because I was busy talking)....that's a great sign of an amazing cake...after we left we kept talking bout the amazing marshmallow fondant, not the gross fondant everyone else cakes on. But we pulled up pictures of what we liked, or saw on pint rest or friends weddings, and she designed an amazing 4 tier sparkle wedding cake and a Lego grooms cake with super hero figures. Everything was amazing, and tasted great!!! There was only one complaint and that was from the groomsmen stating that instead of a 4 tier sparkle there really should have been a 4 tier Lego. Everything was amazing, delivery was smooth for what I'm aware of, and the cake tasted amazing! We sadly only had time to do the traditional cutting of the cake at the wedding and ran out of time for the bride and groom to sit and eat a full piece. But we took a few pieces back to the hotel room, and let me just say that was the best breakfast ever! Nothing better than laying in bed with your new husband eating cake, every girls dream! read more
