Worst color I've ever received and yet I paid TRIPLE what I normally do for hair. The prices are even higher than high-end salons in Boston. I walked away paying around $300 for horrible hair! I came here for the first time this past Friday and couldn't have left more pleased. I live in…read moreBoston and have been going to the same guy who's maintained my blonde mane for years, but I spend half of my week up in Danvers where my boyfriend lives. I think my usual guy got a little comfortable in taking liberties and brought my highlights all the way up the last time I visited him. I usually keep an ombré since I'm not super punctual about getting my hair done and it allows the grow out to be a little less obvious. The last highlight job left me with a distinct line after a month and a half of growth, which I wasn't thrilled about. That being said, I was looking to try somewhere new and they were able to get me in on the same day I called. Devyn was my stylist - I described what I wanted and showed her a few pictures and we were off. No lie, I was in and out in about an hour (my old salon visits would take at least 3), it came out EXACTLY as I described and wanted, and it cost me half of what I was used to paying. Devyn is super cute and did an amazing job - I'm so happy I decided to come to her/Dellaria and will definitely keep coming back!

She listened to all my concerns, checked my hair and was upfront and honest on what needed to be done. She was great with her timing too! No one wants to be at a salon all day!! I am amazed with my results and I'm so happy. My hair looks so much more healthier! I'm going back Friday to get a cut and blow dry! I highly recommend her! The salon itself is very clean and organized! They have some spa services I'm going to look into next. When I walked in Christian at the front desk was very welcoming and all the staff were very professional and friendly! There's good parking and it's right off Route One! My sister helped book an appointment ahead of time so we were able to get the whole salon to ourselves practically. We had a few changes to our "order" before coming in, but they were very accommodating. The studio itself is very clean! I was happy to see pre-packaged and pre-disinfected tools being used, and there was even regular sanitizing. We were all paired up with a stylist who were all very attentive to each of us and so accommodating. Two of my sisters got French manicures and I even noticed that their stylists checked in with them to see if they liked their styles before finishing up their whole hands. One of my sisters and my mother even accidentally smudged their toes when drying, but their stylists also fixed them at no additional charge. Overall, it was such a great experience! Now onto the make-up- my daughter showed a picture of what she wanted, very simple and not too overdone. What she came out with was not what she wanted at all and the coloring was way off. She also put on eyelashes that looked horrendous. The stylist was sweet but my daughter was just trying to get out of there as quickly as she could and was so upset. We ended up driving straight to Target to get makeup remover and all new products to do it all over again as we were on the way to get pictures done. The place itself is clean and nice but maybe we'd try it again for just hair and ask for plenty of hairspray.

She was very kind, patient and understanding towards her... my Mom has dementia so the person who works with her has to have a lot of patience. Even the other hairdresser was friendly & engaging in the salon. I have been to a ton of salons in my lifetime... it's rare to experience this kind of upbeat & kind attitude. Cheri gave me a courtesy reminder call prior to our appointment which I always totally appreciate.. When we arrived she made us feel like SOLID GOLD. I tried several times to find a salon closer to home, but I was always disappointed- either the quality of the service wasn't up to par or the price tag was astronomical. I recently moved across the country and one of my last stops before leaving was to see Cherie for one final touch up. Since then I have been daydreaming about flying back for my next haircut.
