Day 1: Installer came and installed the back door with no problem. The guy then unloaded the security door for the front, but there was no freakin mail slot!!!! We specifically requested a magazine slot but it wasn't put in. Shouldn't this be checked before you leave? So, we schedule a day for the next week. Day 2: NO SHOW. We scheduled the appointment but they didn't even come. Not even a call....we had to call them. And according to my fiance, it sounded like they were making these BS excuses of why they couldn't make it. This really sucks because my fiance canceled a client to wait for the installer. Again, scheduled an appointment for the next week. Day 3: Finally installed the front door, but managed to forget a piece that goes on top of the door....arghhh!! But whatever, it was practically done and we didn't have to be there for that. Day 4: Completed. Finally! What was supposed to be one visit ended up to be 3. They have lousy customer service but did a good job with the door.

The guy who measured came back the next day so that we could place our order and we were running late b/c of the bad storms... he waited almost 40 minutes for us to get there (he was actually 15 minutes early, so it's not totally our fault that he had to wait so long). Anyway, storm doors are kind of ugly but these are the nicest we found and we feel safer knowing they're there. ---- Minus 1 star b/c I had to call to schedule my installation appt even though I was told that they would follow up and b/c you can't look at the samples on the website. The reviews looked promising, so I gave them a call. Rafael answered and agreed to come over the same day. I told him the cameras over my garage were out, and he agreed to try and repair them. Rafael told me there'd be a service fee plus the cost of labor. He quoted me a conservative estimate of about $300. Rafael and his colleague Diego arrived on time and ready to work. I left them to work in the rear of the property while I tended to my yard. They worked diligently for about three hours before successfully repairing the cameras. It turns out that the wires needed to be replaced. Rafael and Diego replaced the existing wires with copper wires and rewired them. I'm not sure of all the technical jargon, but that was the gist of it. Rafael and Diego had their own truck that had all the equipment they needed. They were quiet and respectful of the property. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving the space as they first encountered it. The final bill was $308. I found Rafael competent, professional, and affable. I'll definitely be calling him again if necessary. In fact, I asked him to send over a quote for an upgraded set of cameras. Now that I've found someone I trust, I'll definitely get new cameras sometime soon.
