The decision wasn't due to logistics as they are 50 miles away from home, it was for the service and quality they offer. I still remember what was told to me from the start. "When you pick your boat up in the spring, I don't want to see you until the fall". This has stood true since the beginning, something you don't see when or hear of in the boating world. Fast forward to new owners, leadership at the facility. I trusted Rick to repower my boat with new motors, removing motors still in great condition due to service provided over the years but was time. Ruben now running the shop and Stephanie behind the counter managing Operations has been a great transition. Responsible, reliable and there to answer the calls whether for service or just a question. I will say behind the counter was bumpy for a bit but Steph stepped in and is killing it like a seasoned veteran of the business, getting you in for appointment, serviced and on the water as quick as possible.
