If she doesn't like getting calls everyday for the same request to speak with Michael or get a prompt return call then maybe she oughtta get off her lazy rear end and hand deliver the message rather than turn it into a legal battle. A barr complaint or lawsuit is highly appropriate in this situation. This is how professionals get a bad name/bad reputation. They do not return urgent calls to clients and their receptionist gets so frustrated with her boss's failure to return calls she feels the need to take it out on the client.
