I have been requesting a termination and refund since April and I finally got it last week. out of 3,900$ he refunded me $300 stating he was working on the case and billed me for reviewing documents. I am a single mother and he billed me for documents I sent him before we even had court or discussed anything. he is money hungry and does not deserve to be an attorney to assist family matters. Ihe did nothing for my cases and my cases are not closed with a different lawyer I retained who didn't charge me even half of what he i charging me. because I contributed to request my refund, I feel he wanted to be spiteful. he did nothing for my case, didn't file my petition or even serve my son father the appearance to appear at court.
