But when I called up turbo tax and talked to the "live help" I knew more about taxes then they did and they could not answer my question. I turned to yelp and google and did a quick search for local CPAs in the area. The only place in the area with all positive reviews was this place. It actually seemed too good to be true and I thought all the reviews were fake reviews. I decided to give it a shot anyway. Called up and made an appointment. Last year I called up very close to the end of tax season with very little to no hope. They squeezed me in and prepared, finished and sent my taxes of all very quickly. Andy is very good and very knowledgeable in his field. After going in 2016 and how great my experience is I knew that I was going to be going the following year. I just went a few days ago, there was a little bit of a wait (well worth it) but the customer service and knowledge is amazing. They make me feel very comfortable and he gave me all of my options that I need to decide on before taxes are due. I will not be going anywhere else for my taxes. From now on alba translations is m place to go.
